Jackson's POV:
"Hey Jackie, I'm going to purchase our textbooks online right now. Want to tag along so I can order yours and mine at the same time," I heard Mark say to me.

"Sure babe," I said while kissing his forehead.

Then we walked over to his laptop that was on the coffee table and sat down on the couch.

I watched as he got all the textbooks he needed. When he was done, he handed me his laptop.

"Here, get the ones you need," he said with a smile. "Okay cutie," I said while tapping his nose. He tried to smack my hand away. I just chuckled at him and continued to find the textbooks I needed.

When I was finished, I handed Mark his laptop back. He grabbed it and put it back down onto the coffee table.

"Um, Jackson?" He questioned me. "Yeah," I said while I looked at him.

"I think you accidentally clicked on the wrong textbook here. This one is for a business class," he said.

"No, I meant to click on that one," I said.

"What do you mean? Your major is dance, not business," he said.

"Yeah, well I decided to change my major to business," I said.

"What? Why? You've always wanted to become a dancer," he said.

"Well, I thought about it and I can't become a dancer for my career. I probably won't even make it and one of us is gonna have to keep a steady income. I want you to follow your dream and if for some reason it doesn't work out, this is a good fallback plan," I explained to him.

"Jackson are you serious? Do you realize how stupid you sound right now? You deserve to make your dream come true, just as much as I do," he said sternly.

"Mark, I'm not gonna become a dancer. I was stupid to think that would ever happen," I said to him.

"Really Jackson. You sound ridiculous. What was the point then in going to all of those dance classes?" He said.

"I don't know! I just did it for fun," I said.

"Fun? Really? I've watched the way you dance, that was not just some fun for you," he said.

"Mark stop, you're not gonna change my mind. I'm going to major in business," I said.

"No! I'm not gonna have you fuck up your life and not follow your dream," he yelled at me.

"Why? My parents never believed in me in the first place. They've always told me that becoming a dancer was a stupid idea and now I can see that they were right," I yelled back at him.

"That is not true, I believe in you," he said with some tears starting to form in his eyes and got up to go grab the car keys.

"Where are you going?" I asked him as he was heading towards the door.

"Anywhere but here," he said to me before he grabbed the door handle and walked out the door.

I heard the door slam shut and then the car take off. I just laid my back on the couch and looked up to the ceiling.

I was feeling really frustrated and guilty right now.

I decided to go into our bedroom to take a nap. Hopefully I can sleep off some of this anger.

AN- sorry this is so short and kind of lame. I'm not sure how I feel about this chapter yet. Anyways, enjoy my lovelies and read on!
