Jackson's POV:
Mark and I have spent the first few weeks of our summer looking for the perfect apartment.
Right now, we're on our way to meet with the owner of one of the apartments to go check it out. This is probably the eleventh one we're going to go see now.
We finally got there and I parked the car. We stepped out to be greeted my a nice woman that owns the apartment.
"Good afternoon gentlemen, I'm Stacy." She said while shaking our hands.
"Jackson," I said.
"Mark," Mark said to her.
"Well, follow me. Let's give you a tour," she said with a smile. With that we followed her to the empty building.
When we got there she opened the door and let us enter before her.
I was amazed by this one. It was really nice and roomy. "Wow," I hear Mark say. I looked over at him and he had his mouth open. I chuckled to myself.
Stacy walked towards us and began the tour of the place. By the end of it, we were really excited and loved the place.
It was perfect for us. It was pretty cheap and not that far from the college. It was also pretty close to town, but quiet.
I looked at Mark who was smiling hugely. I could tell he was sold on this place.
"We'll take it," I told Stacy. Mark looked at me with shocked eyes.
"Really?" He asked me. I just nodded my head yes. He grew really excited and ran to hug me.
"Thank you, this place is perfect," he said while tightening his arms around me.
"Not as perfect as you," I said while tapping his nose. "Jacks," he whined while growing red. I just smiled at him.
"You guys are too cute. I'll get the papers ready for you to sign," she said. Then she left to go get the papers.
"I'm really happy," Mark said. "Why is that beautiful?" I asked him.
"I get to live in this cute place with the love my life as we pursue our dreams ," he said. "You're too cute," I said while I kissed his forehead.
"Here they are," Stacy said while she returned with the papers we had to sign.
We signed them, gave her the first six months of rent, and now here we are in our new apartment by ourselves.
"I love you," I said to Mark. "I love you too," he said back. Then we leaned in and gave each other a sweet kiss.
