As I sat at the table enjoying the weather I smiled at everyone who passed me by.

"Luna."
"Good afternoon Luna."
"Pleasant day isn't it Luna?"
"How is your day Luna?"

"Well aren't you just as Radiant as ever My Heart?"

At the last I stood an acknowledged the speaker, "and Charming as ever My Alpha." I sounded with a smile.

"Sorry to have kept you waiting, and sorry to have missed Megan."

I sighed, to be honest I hated all this secondhand meet-up shit. As much as I just wished Clem and Belinda could come over and hangout...they're pack members of Dorian's and he won't allow his pack members to travel here.

So Clem and Belinda hangout with Megan, and then Meg comes straight to Springwell to hangout with me and fill me in. But she was always in a rush because being so close to her mate and not being with him made her antsy.

"She was missing Kevin and took off." I filled him in as he took her previous seat.

"So...Everyone's been informed of your upcoming party, are you excited?"

At this I rolled my eyes, "I couldn't be less enthusiastic about a birthday party...more so now." I trailed off sadly as I thought of my sister and how she was planning on having a party for me not too long ago.

"This one won't be the same My Heart." He offer softly. "While everyone knows you as their Luna because you are my beautiful mate...this is a celebration as you will officially become a member of our pack and you will be marked."

I blushed as I remembered just how Rocco said he would mark me (privately).

"Unless you're having a change of heart." He sounded worrisome.

I reached out and took his hand in mine to try and ease his wolf. "NOTHING could ever make me change my mind about taking your mark Rocco Wylde...plus, I wouldn't want to deny the pack a perfectly good party."

"Well aren't you a good Luna." He countered sweetly.

"Just trying to keep the peace, and the last thing I want is to be remembered as the Luna who banned parties."

He smirked and shook his head.

Rocco ordered a drink and we chatted a bit more about the party, basically going over the nights game plan.

"Well My Heart, first you and I will have a little one on one time."

"To which I am absolutely looking forward to." I smiled.

He smirked and winked before continuing. "And then a day or so later will be the presenting."

"To which I am absolutely not looking forward to."

I knew Rocco's mom was hell bent on introducing me properly to the pack so we were going to be having a formal pack party at Rocco's parents house, for the pack to see and acknowledge me as the new Luna.

He lifted my hand and kissed my fingers gently, "but of course it's my pleasure and honor to get to formally introduce you to our pack, and I don't plan on leaving your side for one minute...so get used to me lingering around this week."

I love this man so much.

"...The later in the evening after everyone leaves the presenting, you and I can make our way back home where I can help you out of your formal attire... then later in the evening we'd head out to the field for your Birthday party where you will get to hang out with all of the people who adore you and care about you...Clem and Belinda included."

The more he talked about it I had to admit, the more it was becoming more and more exciting.

There was just one person who'd noticeably be absent.

Rocco paid and soon he had to return to work and since I had started my Luna training I didn't have the time for work anymore, which was fine since I got to spend plenty of time with Rocco anyways.

But since today's lessons were cancelled because Diane (Rocco's Mother) had to babysit her great niece.

So I ended up just going home and lounging.

I sighed as I sat on the sofa all alone now...I just really wanted to talk to my sister. I was so excited and nervous about everything that was about to happen this weekend but I knew her phone was off so instead I decided to text Clem.

[Eloise: so you know I hate parties...]

[Eloise:...but I'd love it if you could come out and help me celebrate my upcoming birthday.]

[Clem: name the time and a place and you know I'll be there, can't turn down a good party.]

I smiled and text her back.

[Eloise: This Saturday, The field around midnight.]

[Clem: ooh the witching hour...I'll be there for sure.]

[Clem: mind if I invite a few people?]

I mentally scolded myself, of course I should've said I was inviting her AND the girls so no doubt I let her bring them.

[Eloise: Girl of course, the more the merrier!]

After that I ended up calling Meg to go shopping, and as much as she loves Kevin, that girl couldn't say no to shopping.

"So how're things going back in Harmond?" I asked as we combed through the racks of outfits.

"Well I'm not exactly a pack member so I can only say what I see from the outside looking in...and honestly, it isn't too good."

"Really?" I asked worried now.

She nodded. "Like I said I'm not a pack member so I'm not exactly there for all the inside stuff but everyone just seems off, and on edge and one thing I do know I for sure...no one has seen your sister."

I nodded, "She told me she was going off the grid for a while, she'll more than likely be somewhere in No Man's Land away from Dorian's pack altogether."

"Well I hope she's alright." Megan sounded concerned.

"Yeah...me too."
