Elisia's POV
I got off the West Jet plane happy to leave Canada for the first time in my life. As much as I love the Trump free country, I am completely sick of living in the same town my entire life.
Once I collected my baggage from the place you get it, I went outside, plugging in my headphones, and hauled a taxi. I was so glad to get out of that taxi when we arrived at the hotel, because he was starting to get a little creepy.
I went up to the front desk and asked for the number of the room we booked.
"Oh my god! You're part of The Highlights! Can I get your autograph?!" The desk girl fangirled.
"Uh sure, but I'm surprised you know us." I said as I signed her phone case.
"Of course I do! I even listened in on your radio interview, and can I just say that you're hilarious! I wish I was like you!" She rambled. I looked down feeling embarrassed but also really flattered.
Thanking her, I made my way up to the room, and as I patiently waited in the elevator, I thought about texting Liana to let her know I'm here. But I decided not to because I wanted to scare her, well at least try to.

Liana's POV
I was sitting around, waiting for a message from Ellie, one of any kind that let me know that she was at least in California. It was getting to be around noon, and I was worried that something had happened with her flight. I messaged her a few times, but she never replied so i was becoming worried.
There was a knock at my door with an announcement of "Room Service!"
I let the person in, not even thinking to look, because my head was so preoccupied with what could be going wrong. I didn't look at the person who walked in until i realized that they weren't in uniform and did not have a cart of food or anything. When I did realize this, I went into defense mode, acting like I was going to actually attack the person first. When I looked up to meet their eyes, i recognized the grayish hued blue eyes (and yes, I spell it gray, even though I'm American. I also prefer the spelling colour). Elisia giggled, feeling successful in frightening me.
It was weird seeing Elisia in person. I had met her once, but it had been so long ago. Yet we had been talking for so long that it felt like i had known her for all my life. But, this was the first time I was meeting the developed person who had her own thoughts and ideas that consisted of more than just boys, Webkinz, Polly Pockets, and who the second graders were crushing on. This was an adult who i had started talking to when i was 14 and she was 16. This was a different person then the one i had first met.
I practically squealed, showing my excitement while bring Ellie in for a hug.

Elisia's POV
Liana squealed, pulling me into a hug. I awkwardly hugged back, as my plan half failed.
"You were trying to scare me weren't you?" Liana asked, with a smirk, knowingly. I hung my head, in shame and embarrassment of my failed attempt.
"Oh shit, we need to get ready!" I shouted in realization. I looked through my clothes for a dress but I couldn't find the right one.
"Liiiiaaaa! I can't find the right dreeeeess! I need your help!" I whined. I needed to look my best for this night.
"Yeah, no problem Ellie! Just give me a sec and I'll find the perfect dress!" Liana replied excitedly. She looked through her stuff and found a gorgeous baby blue dress with a little bit of bedazzlement on the top.
"Oh my gosh Lia it's perfect! And I think I have just the right shoes and necklace for it!" I squealed. So I quickly got dressed and waited for Liana.

So I quickly got dressed and waited for Liana

When she walked out, I was impressed with her style. It had a bit of a classic vibe with a modern twist.
"Damn gurlll! You look hot!" Liana looked disturbed before laughing.
"Thanks fam, you look like real life Elsa." I looked down at my outfit and facepalmed myself, realizing that she was right.
"Alright, I'll let you have that one," I groaned before pulling a smile. I checked my phone for the time, realizing that we seriously needed to head out.
I grabbed my bag and Liana's arm, dragging her out the door and down to our limo. It was supposed to be a huge reveal when we showed up, so the windows couldn't be down or anything. According to our new record company, this was going to be the "talk of the year."
