Chapter 11

Liana’s POV
    We all watched the footage, making sure it seemed legit and not acted. The boys were making the camera shake, like they were excited to see us live. They were also making themselves sound like excited fangirls.
    We then made a fake YouTube account and posted the video, making sure that is was shared everywhere. We then went about our day, acting like we didn’t know anything was happening in our fandom. After a while, we all went to Ellie and I’s place, waiting for enough time to go by. Right as we walked in the door, we got a call from the lobby about our manager being there to see us. My sister and I looked at each other, not sure on how all of this would go down, so we told the lady who called to allow him up. The 5sos boys went into the next room to get movies started while the three of us spoke.
    A knock came at out door, so I opened it, allowing Charles to barge in.
    “What were you two thinking!? Playing a new song in public??? WH-”
    “You told us to start some drama up and get more publicity, so we did,” Ellie butted in, not liking his attitude.
    Charles looked shocked to hear her shout at him, but he broke out into a smile, “Well then: beautiful job girls! I didn't think you two had the guts to do anything really. This was the perfect move. People are getting more and more pumped by your album now. Perfect!” Charles then walked out of the room and left, confusing us. One minute he’s screaming, the next he’s congratulating us, like, what the actual fuck?
    “Do you ever get the feeling that he’s a really nice guy disguised as an asshole?” I asked, turning to my sister.
    The boys came in from the other room, listening to what I said.
    “Yeah, like he wants to be cool, but he’s trying too hard to be a strict manager,” Ellie agreed. “Maybe we can figure out a way to get him to lighten up?”
    At that moment, Michael and Calum lit up, like they had a great idea, and honestly, they did. “What about pranking him?” Calum shouted.
Ellie and I looked at each other, smirking. “That sounds perfect,” Elisia agreed with an evil laugh. She just might be the devil himself… herself? Whatever.
“Let the games begin,” she darkly stated, giving all of us the evil eye.
So it took a day to decide what to do and to get the materials ready. We needed glitter, paint, two party cannons, paper, and one fancy pen with feathers. We had talked to his employees, like his assistant, to make sure they were okay with helping. We sent her a recording of exactly what we needed her to eventually play, redone by Ellie, the 5SOS boys, and yours truly. It was only like ten seconds worth of music, so we learned it and recorded it quickly. The night before was spent getting ready. I painted a few things on canvases, as part of the prank, and they left the paint alone with Ellie and the guys, which I knew was a horrible idea. Then I looked up some shit and followed the instructions to create my masterpieces. After that, one cannon was loaded with paint, and the other was loaded with glitter, which would be last. I put my masterpieces into a box, so they would be safe, and the canvases were placed in the trunk next to everything else. Last, the pen was put on top.
We collectively decided to not sleep that night, and by collectively I mean that Michael was too hyped up to leave us alone, so we watched movies and ate food until early morning. I went upstairs to my room to see another sticky note on my mirror. Since Luke and I kissed, we haven't really talked about relationship things, but every day he left a new sticky note with a new sweet message. This one said
“I’m in love with you and all your little things”
    It was such a cute message and really stuck with me. I put it in my box of important things and smiled, then jumped into the shower.
Elisia’s POV
    The next day was quite eventful. We were all super excited to set up the prank. All of us had agreed that we would set it all up while he's out on his lunch break. I was finding it extremely hard not to just run around screaming cuz of all the energy I had, but I guess that's what excitement can do to you. So while we were waiting for the right time, we all just sat around doing random shtuff  (not a typo XD). Me and Ashton were going through photos with each other, I had mentioned that I enjoy photography even if I'm not the greatest at it. In the end we just ended up showing each other photos of each other with friends or alone. I'm not embarrassed by childhood pictures or goofy pictures where I look like crap. Though we just burst out laughing when I showed him a picture of me when I was three on Christmas with the most hilarious and ridiculous pouty face on, and couldn't stop for a little while. Like, who's pouty on Christmas right? Anyways, once that was over we went downstairs (since we were in my room,) and saw Calum and Michael playing Foosball against Luke and Liana, or as I call them Luana (loo-ah-nah,) which is the ship name I came up with for them.
I started to cheer on Luana and they glared at me after the opposing team scored a point. I guess they don't like the ship name...how sad.
     Finally when the time came to leave we all sprinted to the van. Unfortunately we all tried to climb in at the same time except for Ashton of course since he was the one driving. I ended up pushing Lia and Michael out of the way so I could climb in first. Getting the right seat in the car is VERY important. Once we arrived, we all scrambled out of the van and into the lobby where we were instantly greeted by Charles' assistant/Secretary. She told us he had just left for his lunch and that we had half an hour to head up and get the prank set up. And just to point it out… by the time we were done, that half an hour was up and we almost got caught! It was so thrilling and the second we were out of sight and hearing distance, we all burst out laughing as we watched the prank being put into action through our little surveillance app we downloaded and setup. The reaction we got out of Charles was priceless! Luckily we also had it video taped. Just as we were about to leave we heard Charles shout me and Liana's name.
