As we drove to the location, the clouds started to disappear and the sun was starting to set. We get out of the car and walk to the shack where the Lucis Crownsguards are. We all head inside to see a few Crownsguard in the shack. Noctis walks up to a woman and she kneels in front of him in respect. "Your highness, I'm glad you're safe." the woman says and she looks up to see me. "Princess Aura. I'm relived you are safe as well. We will send word to your parents back in Alesia." the woman says to me and I nod. "Monica! Where are all the others?" Gladio asks the woman, who I now know as Monica. "Most of the Crownsguard didn't make it. It was all we could do to escort Lady Iris out of the city. Dustin is with her as we speak, seeing her the rest of the way to Lestallum." Monica replies and I was confused to who this "Iris" was. "Iris is Gladio's little sister." I hear Prompto whisper to me and I look at him. "Thanks." I whisper back with a smile. "I owe you guys big time." Gladio tells her and I would know how he feels if I had a younger sibiling. "Head for the royal tomb. The marshal awaits." Monica says and Noctis nods then looks back at me. "Stay here." he says and I want to argue with that. "Princess Aura, I suggest you do what the prince says. The tomb is only for the prince." Monica says and I sigh then look at Noctis.

"Be careful out there. It's getting dark and demons will be there." I say to him.

"I will." he says and he heads out with Gladio, Ignis, and Prompto.

"Your highness, may I have a word with you?" I hear Monica ask me and I look over to her. "It's about Lady Lunafreya." once she says that I nod and walk with her.

"What about Luna?" I ask her.

"Lady Lunafreya is safe. The king had sent the Kingsglaive to rescue her. She should be on her way to Altissia very soon. I suggest you meet her there as well."

"And we will. It's just... from hearing about the fall of Insomnia, I couldn't bear to leave the prince."

"Understandable. I just wanted to notify you, your highness."

"And I appreciate you for that. Thank you, Monica."

I walk back to the car and then pull out my phone to call the only person I know who to call. "Hello? Daisy?" I ask as I hear the dial stop and I wait for a reply. "Princess! Oh my! It's a relief to hear your voice. The news pronounced you, Prince Noctis, and Lady Lunafreya dead. You're mother and father were worried sick." I hear her say and I smile slightly at the mention of my parents. "I'm fine. I'm not dead, and neither is Noctis or Luna. Is everything alright in Alesia?" I ask. "Yes. Everything is fine here. I'll notify your parents of your safety." she says and I look over to the shack. "That won't be necessary. One of the Crownsguards from Lucis are on their way to Alesia to deliver the news. I gotta go now." I say. "Goodbye, your highness. And stay safe." she says and I hang up. "It's dark. They should've been back by now." Akiko says and I walk over to her. "You worried about them, or Prompto?" I ask her and she narrows her eyes at me and I give her a smirk. "Shut up. You should be worried about Noctis, too." she tells me and I nod. "I am, but he's not the only one out there." I say and she rolls her eyes. Suddenly, I see four figures walk over to the shack and they head over to Monica and they talk. Noctis then walks over to me and grabs my hand. He drags me with him a bit far from the shack with the only light shining from our jackets, which had attached flashlights.

"What's wrong, Noct?" I ask him with furrowed brows.

"You should get going to Altissia." he tells me and I shake my head.

"I'm going with you."

"Aura."

"Noctis, I'm not going anywhere."

I see him smirk at me and he leans in and pecks my lips which surprises me. "You really gotta stop that." I tell him with a small smirk. "Why should I?" he asks as his arms wrap around my waist and presses his forehead to mine. "Because if you kiss me again, I probably won't handle it." I say to him. "I'll take my chances." he says as his hand goes behind my neck and pulls me in and kisses me. I melt in the kiss and I run my hands through his hair. He pulls away for a moment as he presses his forehead on mine and moves a strand of hair behind my ear. "We shouldn't really do this." I say as his lips hover over mine. "I can't help myself. You're too beautiful." he says and I feel my cheeks heat up as I bite my lip and smile. "We better get going shouldn't we?" I ask him. "Yeah. But I think we could stay here a little longer." he says to me and he kisses me once again.
