"C'mon Javi let's take you back inside" The father to my son was glaring at me as I glared back taking my son hand. "Sweetheart... look. I'm working and you need to keep in eye shot with me" "Why can't I stay with Daddy?"

Maybe because your father an alcoholic...

"It's dangerous sweetheart I'm only trying to protect you." "From what?" "You'll soon know when you're older but how about after I finish I take you out?" "Do we have enough?" "I did extra hours. I think we can sneak off a bit of payment for my boy" "Thank you Mummy" he hugged me by my waist.

"Let me work" I kissed the top of his head grabbing my pen and pad going to a man who looked like he was in his early thirties. "Anything you would like sir?" "Hmm... surprise me it's been a while since I've eaten out" his hazel orbs made contact with my {E/C} he gave me this cute smile as I felt my cheeks heat up.

"Uh... Steak and potatoes?" "Perfect" he closed the menu passing it over to me not breaking his stare as I took it, our hand brushed which sent a shiver down my spine.

"That is the last warning, out!" I heard my boss scream. He was screaming at my boy. "Oh no no no. Javi" I ran over. "Reggie!" "{Y/N}! I warned you! If he made any more scene in MY restaurant. He's out!" "You can't kick my son out. I don't have anyone to babysit him" "I want him out or you're fired!" "Mummy..." "Here!" I smacked the pad to his chest and stabbed the pen in his hand. "Let's go sweetheart" I took his hand pulling him out. "Asshole" I muttered under my breath.

"Mummy, I'm so so sorry!" "No, No it's fine sweetheart. Mummy will find another job" I took a seat on the bench opposite. I buried my face in my hands.

Slowly feeling the rain drops. I sighed taking it off my jacket wrapping it around him lifting the hood up. "There" I smiled. "What about you Mummy?" "Mummy fine" I felt my lips quivering as I sat there in the rain.

I passed him over my phone to let him play some games to occupy him. I couldn't help but smile at him. He's all I have left.

I jumped feeling a coat go around me. The scent smelt amazing as well. It was the hazel eye guy from the restaurant. "You alright?" He crouched down in front of me. "Y-Yeah. I'm fine..." "Let me take you home" "It's fine." "I insist" "You seem like a lovely guy but I've just met you" "Stranger danger. I get it, but I can't leave a beautiful women out here alone with her son in the cold" "He's warm" "But you're not. Trust me." "What's your name first?" "Ryan, but my friends call me Ohm" "{Y/N}" "Now that's out the way, How about a ride?" "Thank you..." "Don't have to thank me yet" he smiled as he stood up.

"Sweetie, we got a lift home" "Really? I've never been in a car!" I could see the excitement in his baby brown orbs which made me giggle.

After the fun ride that Javi loved we made it to our small little house. Javi jumped out. "That was so awesome Mummy can we get a car?" "One day. I promise" "Yay!" He squealed running into the house.

"Ryan... Thank you... so much. I think you made his day" "Glad to help." He smiled. He then passed me a piece of paper. "Call me, if you need anything or wanna just talk maybe hang." "I might think about it" "Take care" he got in the car "You too" he smiled at that as he drove off. I bit my lips walking in.

It then hit me that I was still wearing his coat. I might have to call him tonight to give this back. "Javi?" "In my room Mummy" he was doing another drawing. "I'm gonna be cooking ok?" "Ok, is it noodles again?" "Sadly yes sweetie" "That's ok Mummy"

Ryan POV

"Hey boy, c'mere" he slowly climbed on to the couch leaning on my lap. "You're my old boy, Aren't you Buddy?" I was smoothing him when my phone went off.

Random number. Might be {Y/N} I answered it just in case.

"Hello?" "My Mummy, she's... she's not breathing!" "Javi? Javi, what's going on?" "Mummy laying on the kitchen floor. She's not breathing" he cried out. My eyes widen as I got up carefully not hurting Buddy.

"Javi listen to me, I'm gonna be around in a bit just stay put. I won't be long" I immediately got in my car driving to her place.

I found her on the floor with Javi crying. "Is she dead?" "No, No. I'm gonna save her" I checked for a pulse feeling a faint one. I pressed my hands together to press on her chest as I tilted her chin up pinching the bridge of her nose breathing in her mouth, I did this when I finally got a reaction from her. Her eyes shot open as she sat up gasping.

I felt her forehead feeling her burn up. "Mummy!" Javi jumped in her arms. "W-W-What happened?" "Mummy you were sleeping so I called this man to wake you up."

She looked at me, confusion washed up on her face. "Sorry baby Mummy was tired" "He was like prince charming waking up the annoying princess" she playfully rolled her eyes at him giggling. I shook my head looking down with a smile on my face. "Go play sweetheart. I'm gonna talk to 'prince charming'." She joked to him which made him giggle as he ran to his room.

I extended my hand out, she gladly accepted as I pulled her up. "Thanks..." "What happened?" I frowned. "It's nothing Ryan"

"You need to eat as well..." "My boy more important" she mumbled. I could tell...

Just looking around, Javi has a bed. She doesn't. He has more clothes... she doesn't. It kinda broke my heart. "{Y/N} that job..." "I will find a new one. I can't go back to my old job. Not when I have Javi" "What... was it?" "I was a... prostitute... the only reason why Javi is here is..." "No..." "I don't want him nothing like that man!" She choked out.

"Hey..." I brushed a strand of hair away from her face. "I can already tell he won't" "Thank you Ryan..." she smiled lightly at me.

2 years later

"Stop" I giggled. He was twirling me around before catching me as I fell back into his arms. "And why not?' I playfully rolled my eyes as he kissed me.

"Eww!" I heard Javi squeal making Ryan pull away. I couldn't help but giggle. "Gross..." he gagged. "How about we go fishing?" "Can we?!" "It's not exciting but it's something to do." "Race you to the boat!" "Javi!"

Ryan ran trying to catch up to Javi. I giggled watching both my boys together. Thanks to Ryan, things were gonna be different for both me and my boy.
