Sanity is love (Pt.2)

Ohm POV

"So where to do you think...next?" Mini questioned to the group, {Y/N} was asleep in Ohm arms, he was glad she hasn't had any of her episodes so far...

The rest of the group were sat outside the campfire. "I don't know... an abandoned area with a house...  a car." Wildcat mumbled poking around with the fire.

"I say we head north, get away from the city" "I think that's the smartest thing you said all day" "Shut up!" Delirious growled at Vanoss's smart comment to him.

{Y/N} started stirring slowly waking up in her man arms, she blinked her eyes a couple of times before looking around. "Well rise and shine Mrs Ohm" Delirious smirked. {Y/N} let out a cute yawn. "She's adorable!" "Damn Delirious..."

"So {Y/N}? What did you use to do before everything went to shit?" Ohm stiffen, he wasn't ready for people to question her. "I use to be a music teacher" Ohm let a mental sigh of relief, glad that she was talking about her old life. "Really?" "What instruments?" "Singing and guitar" "Damn, I wish I had my guitar right now" Vanoss sighed.

"How long you and Ohm been together?" "Hmm, I've lost track of time, Babe?" She looked up to her husband. "15 years" "Jesus" "Wow since high school that's insane" "Her voice was what led me to her, she was alone, and I heard this beautiful voice, since then we became good friends and even better my wife" Ohm stared lovingly into her eyes.

"You guys are so cute together how come you never once mentioned her?" Cartoonz frowned. "I separated my personal life..." he tried to answer as fast as possible hopefully skipping all this which gladly no one questioned anymore.

As the sun started coming up, Vanoss thought it'll be a good idea if he, Wildcat, Cartoonz and Ohm set out to find a place whilst the others stayed back.

"Ohmie please don't leave me" she whimpered clinging on to his top. "Look, babe I will be back. I promise" "No!" She clinged on to him. "{Y/N}..." He sighed. "I need to find a place for both our safety." "Then let me come" "No baby, I want you safe back here, just... just count in your head, hum some songs and think of me. Ok?" She slowly nodded to his advice he had always given her. "I love you" "I love you too..." her lips trembled as he kissed her lightly on the forehead letting it linger before pulling away. He walked her over to Bryce, Mini and Delirious. "Look after her" "Of course" "We won't be long"

{Y/N} watched her husband walk away, she was nervously biting her nails as she started hearing whispering behind her. "Hey  {Y/N}?" "Huh?" She quickly turned around. "He's gonna be alright you know" "Uhuh" she started getting a bit too fidgety as she hummed her wedding song under her breath sitting down with her knees to her chest.

Mini looked to Delirious watching on her weird behaviour. It's like she's normal with Ohm around and once he's gone it looks like she could lose it any moment...

Ohm felt bad for leaving her back there but he couldn't risk putting their lives in danger, they'll be back hopefully before dark.

Mini was getting a little suspicious, he knew Ohm too well and he was hiding something, he watched how his misses seemed like she was talking to herself, trembling as every noise made her jump.

"Hey {Y/N}?" {Y/N} jumped at the sound of Mini voice behind her. "Yeah?" "You ok?" Mini asked sitting next to her. "Uhuh" she was watching everywhere like she was paranoid.

Mini watched her carefully, when he reached out to touch her arm she screamed bloody murder. Mini jumped back as Bryce, and Delirious bolted out their tents with their guns aimed. "What's going on?!" Bryce asked as Delirious looked around.

{Y/N} was curled up in a ball crying as Mini stood there watching in disbelief.... "Mini?" "She just told me a sad story and thought she saw a dead person. She has been locked up..." "Shit, {Y/N} you ok?" "Just leave her be..."

Ohm heard the scream from his misses as they all stopped looking back. "Ohm..." "Guys continue I'm gonna go back to camp to check it out" "You sure?" "Yes!" Ohm ran back as fast as he could.

Mini heard a bunch of rustling when he aimed his gun, he lowered it to see it was Ohm. "I heard  {Y/N} screaming what happened?" Ohm said breathless, he saw her curled up in a sobbing mess.

"Sweetheart" he dropped down on one knee beside her putting his hand on her shoulder, she jumped feeling a touch when she was saw it was her husband she immediately dived into his arms crying. "He's coming... He wants to hurt me again Ohm, he's gonna kill my baby" "Baby?" Mini questioned. "Shh..." Ohm tried hushing her letting her sob. "I won't let it happen, ok? I'm gonna protect you"

{Y/N} looked slowly nodded, he's never once broken a promise so she belived in him before calming down. Her eyes lit up seeing a flower bush as she got up running to it giggling.

Ohm slowly stood up watching her, when he faced Mini, he was stood there with his arms crossed. "Ohm..." "It's not what it looks like Mini..." "Please tell me the truth, was she a patient there?" "Mini-" "The truth Ohm!" He sighed in defeat. "Yeah..." "Why?" "Sorry Mini that's between {Y/N} and I." "Ohm for the safety of our group please tell me, it'll stay between us ok, until you're ready to tell them

"5 years ago... {Y/N} was kidnapped, she was 7 months pregnant and went missing for a year when the police found her, I knew it wasn't my wife the women I knew before, she was different, she was traumatised, broken, suicidal... she constantly screamed every night, I never once questioned what happened to our child but when I did... she completely freaked out at me and that's when.... I knew she needed help. From then for 2 years I visited her, she got better, until something just snapped inside her, she hears voices, she gets flashbacks. Mini, she was once a normal women, she was my high school lover and I know she's still there... she's still there Mini, I can't lose her! I'm not giving up on her" Ohm confessed to him, he felt his eyes watering but he held it back blinking it away.

"I'm sorry man" was all Mini could say as he pulled him into a comforting hug. "Ohmie look" he pulled away from Mini hug seeing she made a flower crown. "It's beautiful {Y/N}" "Do you want one?" She swayed a little smiling. "No, No I'm good honey"

She walked over giving him a peck on the lips. "I love you" "I love you too" "Oh! I made you this" she made an omega symbol out of the colour petals twisting them. "You can put it in your pocket for good luck" "I will, thank you {Y/N}" she went back to the bush.

"She's like a innocent child" "She was innocent, she never cursed, always told me off for cursing though" Ohm chuckled to himself as Mini smiled sadly to him. "That's why I never mentioned her to you guys... I had so much good memories with her... that... it broke me a little inside"

"Fuckin bugs!" Delirious was swatting his hands around trying to hit the flies away as he walked over to the 2 men talking quietly to each other. "Sup bitches" he got between them wrapping his arm around their shoulder. "What we gossiping about?" "Just watching {Y/N}" Ohm sighed. Delirious looked over seeing her playing with the flowers on her knees.

As {Y/N} was playing with the flowers she was clueless to see a dead person stumbling towards her not being in sight form Ohm, Mini and Delirious to see as he leaped at her. {Y/N} screamed falling back. "{Y/N}!!" Ohm screamed out as he reacted first running over before pulling off the dead guy. Mini stabbed the knife at the back of the dead guy head letting it drop down.

Ohm was immediately checking her for any bites which he was glad to see nothing not even a scratch. "You're ok baby..." "She bit?" Delirious asked as Ohm shook his head no. She was shaking in his arms but then the thought of Ohm saved her. She smiled at that hugging tighter against him.
