PJ POV-

"Oh my God, PJ you are like so lucky. My parents won't even buy me a car. Let alone something like this." She looked around at the car.

"My parents didn't actually buy me this. I did." I said opening her door.

She laughed and got in.

I got in. "I'm serious." I chuckled.

"How sway?" She looked at me not believing me.

"I design cleats for athletes and I stacked my bread."

"Athletes?"

"Yeah. Odell Beckham Jr is my biggest client."

"Boy bye." She rolled her eyes.

"Look. Scroll through." I showed her some pics of me and O and the cleats.

"Who is this girl in most of the pics with yall?"

"Uh...my cousin." I cleared my throat. "She's a fan of his, so I try to let her meet him. Every chance she can."

"Aww PJ that's so sweet. And this is so cool. Wow." She handed me back my phone.

"You know PJ you are just so different than the guys, I've been around. Most just see me as some trophy, not as a real person. But I don't feel like that with you." She smiled.

"I pride myself on being different."

I started the car and we were on our way.

"Mani DeSur." Anais eyes got big.

"Yeah, I can only take a nice lady to the best." I smiled.

But on the inside, I was hoping the card  Dea let me see, didn't get declined. I told her, I needed extra money for school books.

I gave the keys to the valet and we walked inside.

The host, led us to a table for two.

"You know I don't really need anything this expensive."

"No, it's fine. Its on me. You deserve it."

I opened the menu and almost began to choke when I saw the prices. 78 dollars for a steak with no sides.

"You okay?"

"Yeah. Just had a little something in my throat." I coughed.

"May I start you guys off with drinks?"

"I'll take water." Anais.

"I'll take that as well." I said.

"Okay, I'll be right back."

"What do you usually order when you come here?" Anais asked. "Their a little high."

A little. 😩😑

"It depends. Sometimes the Petite Filet and Shrimp with a little Au Po-po-po..."
