I was in the kitchen folding my clothes on the table while Santiago got his stuff ready to leave. He walked by me slapping my butt on the way. He placed is bag down on the couch." Aren't you going to give me a goodbye kiss" he said with his arms wide open." Where you going to arrive at"." Why does that matter"." When you are you going to arrive". I said still folding my clothes." I don't know a week or ten days" he sighed." Why do you alway get like this when I'm going to leave" I stopped folding and I looked at him." Because I'm preparing myself to not see you come back that's why" he walked towards me putting his arms around my waist pulling me close." And if I don't Are you going to cry for me"." Not one tear". Before he shuts the door he looks at me and I smile but I'm sure you can notice the tears. He closed the door and left. I was now all alone crying. I was scared that something could happen to him like Armando. I looked at picture and remember what they had done to him. I just hopped nothing wrong happens to him.

I was finished with everything and headed to yamilla. Everybody was already there and I started working. Jadah and soraya were talking about how she was in love with lalo but I wasn't really paying attention I was worried about Santiago. I saw dris and he looked happy, for the first time. The girls got to work and I was still counting the cash when I got this weird feeling in my chest. Soraya came over with these cups full of whiskey. She looked of balance and she spilled them all over me. My white shirt was covered in red whiskey. " Omg Karla I'm sorry"." I-it's okay". I said walking to the bathrooms taking my shirt of and washing it." Why won't the blood come off". I thought. what I had just said. Blood?." What's wrong with blood" I said to myself. I remember every time I had seen blood in my life. When I found yara dead, when shoot Juan in the face, Sheila's forehead full of blood and when Santiago killed Joseph." Santiago. Oh god please don't let nothing happen to him". Soraya came in handing me a shirt." Here I'm sorry. Just stop washing the shirt it'll never come off". I took the shirt and she was going to leave. " don't you think it's a bit weird that Dris is giving free drinks". I only nodded my head. She walked out and left me alone again." Am I falling in love with this idiot". I said sighing. I got everything clean and went back to work. When I finished I head home for some sleep.
I really needed it.

I opened my eyes and I saw Santiago standing at the door all wet." S-Santiago I didn't hear you come in"." No I only came to say goodbye. I just wanted to see if you'd cry now that I'm dead". He said walking out. " Santiago! Santiago! SANTIAGO!". I opened my eyes and I was in my room. I looked around and I saw nobody. It was only a dream. I sat up and took the blankets of me. He's dead I thought to myself. Santiago is dead. I got out of bed and got dressed. I heard a knock on the door and ran to it thinking it was Santiago but it wasn't it was suliman." Hello Karla"."h-hi"." I came here to tell you that Santiago had to go. The cops are looking for him so he's probably not going to come back for awhile. They caught lalo so he's with the cops-". His phone ringed he picked it up." It's Ivan he wants to talk to you"."H-hello"." Do you see what you got me into for letting your gallego come into the business. Lalo told them who they worked for "." I-Im sorry Ivan but-"." Whatever Karla. Fuck the day I listen to you Mexican girl. Bye". He hanged up, suliman took the phone and left. I was in tears by this point. Santiago was gone and I didn't know when I ever would see him again. I lost Ivan as a friend. I didn't know what to do. The girls came over to chill with me but when they saw how I was they knew we weren't going to have a good time." Karla what's wrong" they all asked. We sat down and told them what happens. Soraya started crying." There had to be someone who told them where they were going to pick up the drug". Soraya started crying harder." It was dris"." Dris?"." I stayed all day worried wondering when would I ever see Santiago again. It was dark already so I decided to go to bed. I was half asleep when I heard noise in the living room. I got up and head over there. That's when I see Santiago standing at the door. " Santiago?". He put his keys down and ran to me picking me up. I rapped my legs around his waist kissing him. I started to cry" why are you crying"." I though you died"." No I didn't you see"." I was so worried. I told you know to go" I said in between sobs." I know and I'll listen to you next time just right now let's get to bed. I've missed you" he kissed me and we walk inside the bedroom. He lies me down on the bed pulling our clothes off. I really need him, I've been worried sick about him and missed him a lot. He kissed me down my body saying he loved me every time. It was such a passionate night. Okay just make sure you don't fall in the water like lalo did okay". I smiled at him and pulled him in for a kiss. I was happy he let me be in the business. He fell asleep once we had finished the second round. I got up and put on some sweats and a sports bra. He head to the kitchen and took the picture I had with Armando. I took it out and grabbed a lighter. I had to forget about him. I was with Santiago now. I lit the picture in fire and let burn. I placed down on the sink while ever memory I had about Armando flushed through my mind. I knew that he was in a better place now. I sat down and Santiago came in." What are you doing here"." Nothing I was just waitig for you to get up so we can head to yamilla to tell dris I quite"." Okay let me go get dressed"." Okay" I garbed a jacket and I just zipped it up. He came back out and we left to yamilla when we got there I saw dris, Ivan, marcel and suliman sitting together. Santiago sat with soraya to ask her about lalo." Dris can I talk to you in your office"." Can't you see I'm with my friends"." Okay fine. Well I just came to tell you I quiet"." What! Wait come with me to my office. Come on!" We walked to his office and I had him all the books where it told him the amont of Money he had. I was explaining to him about it when he grabbed my hand." Karla I'll so anything for you to stay please"." No I'm sorry dris". I said taking my Hand out if his and leaving his office. I walked out to see Santiago talking to Ivan. Offering him another job but he rejected it. I saw they some tension in between to I go over and tell Santiago to let's go." I'm going to go say goodbye to Ivan" I told Santiago. I walk back to Ivan knowing that probably he didn't want to talk to me anymore." Well um goodbye Ivan. You are such a gentlemen and sweet guy" he got up and walked to me." Will we ever get to see each other again?"." I don't know". I kissed his cheek and he grabbed my hand." I'll see you soon Mexican girl". He said placing a kiss on my hand. I smiled at him and walked away to Santiago. I grabbed his hand and we went home to get some rest because for tomorrow we had a long day.
