I wake up with a tear on my face. I quickly wipe it away and get up. I unplug my phone and put it in my pocket. I get ready and walk to my bus stop.
Now that I think about it, I haven't talked to my parents in awhile. We might live in the same building, but they are constantly drinking and fighting all the time. Whenever my step father goes to work, my mother drinks and drinks until she can't lift up the bottle anymore. It's hard even trying to speak to them.
I get on the bus.
About 15 minutes later, the bus gets to my school. I sigh and step off.
I get to my locker and unlock it. I grab my books at go to my homeroom. Our first class is english. The english is very poor here in Korea, but we still manage to learn a few things. I, actually once lived in America. I traveled almost all around the world. My real father use to work in the Army, so we moved pretty often. I got to learn english and I can also speak a few other languages. I'm the first one in the classroom. Other students walk in. A girl goes behind me and smacks the back of my head. She then chuckles and walk to her desk.
I sigh.
I look at the door and see this boy walk in. He must be new, I never saw him around before. He has light blonde hair and dark brown eyes. He is wearing glasses and our uniform. He's kinda cute. He is really tall too. He walks to the desk beside mine.
-Is this seat taken? He asks me in english. His voice is very deep and his accent is hot.
-No it isn't, you can sit here, I reply in english as well.
He smiles and says thanks. He sits on the chair.
Girls look at him, shocked. I hear whispering from a group of girls.
The teacher walks in.
-Class, today we have a new student, says our English teacher in English.
Most of the students doesn't understand.
The teacher sighs and repeats in Korean. He calls the new boy to come in front of the class.
-Hello, I'm Kim Namjoon, and I just transferred here.
He looks around and continues.
-안녕하세요, 제 이름은 김남준 이에요, says Namjoon, in Korean this time to make sure everyone understood.
-Great! Now please, talk a little bit about yourself, says the teacher.
-Alright, well I was born in Korea, but I lived a few years in Canada with my family. We came back three years ago and I wanted to change school this year, so here I am. I speak Korean, English, Japanese, a little bit of French and Mandarin.
-Awesome! Says the teacher.
Namjoon bows and walks back to his desk.
Girls are finding him really hot, even if they practically didn't understand what he said.
The class goes by, and Namjoon corrected the teacher a few times. It was funny to watch.
