Chapter 40 - Days away

Briar POV.
Fran returns with my suitcase and I tell her to meet me either in the interval at a certain place. She nods in agreement and smiles and walks off.
I go back to Myles, who looks in a mood
"Myles I need to tell you something and it's quite important." I say
"Briar can it wait." He says clearly pissed off
"It's important." I say
"I don't fucking care Briar." He shouts and leaves me upset and confused.
I watch him walk away and then Trevor walks up to him and they talk and he keeps looking back at me and sending me nasty looks. I quickly get changed and then the girls do my makeup and ask if I can remember the choreography. I nod and we run on stage to start the show. I can hear Niamh shouting mommy so I smile even more. After introductions it's mine and Myles duet. We're walking to the stage
"Ugh lets get this stupid duet over with." He says we go on stage and perform it but there's no chemistry between us. When we walk off stage there's more duets and then it's the interval. I decide that the only way to get Myles to talk to me is to give him the divorce papers. I grab them out my bag and place them in front of him. Then walk off to find Fran. Before I leave the room I glimpse back to see what Myles reaction is and he looks like he's about to cry.
I find Fran and tell her there is something wrong with Myles and she said to Bring Kingsley and the girls back stage with me for the rest of the interval and meet her at the meeting point. I did as she said and I walked over to Myles. He looked at us and turned in the other direction. Niamh went and cuddled him and said in her quiet sweet voice
"What's up daddy?"
"IM NOT YOUR FUCKING DADDY." Myles screamed at her. She burst into tears and ran back to me. The whole cast stared at us in shock
"How dare you speak to my daughter like that." I said. "I don't know what's up with you but you want to sort your attitude out."
He looked at me and handed me the divorce papers all signed.
"Send them off as soon as you fucking can." He said angrily.
Jordan, Vic and Britt walked up to me, Kingsley and the girls and hugged us all tightly.
"Something strange is going on," Jordan said. And we all pulled away from the hug. Britt picked Niamh up and hugged her tightly since Niamh was crying.
"I'm going to bring these back to Fran. Maybe returning to the tour wasn't a good idea. There's 10 minutes left of the interval so I'm going to nip out because I saw a post box just outside and I should really post these." I said and pointed at the divorce forms. They all nodded and I started to walk out but then I heard an angry Myles say .....
