April 1st 2117 Another day. What should I be, a president of old, a rock star, a saint or my dad? Lately, I have been choosing my dad's face. He recently died and it gives a pride and some sort of comfort that his face can live again on me. Some people may find it disconcerting to wear one of your dead parent's faces but not me. I always have looked a little like him and it seems to make me look more mature. He died at 85 which is really early considering modern medicine. Everybody is living until their 150th birthday today. He never liked doctors or new techniques and certainly never wore other people's faces so he was one of the last true faces in this evolving world. I loved him for that but when he was alive I constantly scorned him, teasing and bating him. I wore different faces every time I visited with him even though I felt evil every time that I did it. It was too much fun not to. He was one of the last of his kind.

In today's world you can be anybody or anything that you want to be. One cannot believe what some artists have designed. Monsters from old are now walking the streets. It is all so much fun. Maybe back in the old days when food wasn't plentiful and people had to work for money it made sense to have one face. Even then I hear that people put stuff on their face to change their look. I told my dad this in one of our many arguments. Today technology is all about fun, amusing one's self, enjoying life. If only my dad could have realized this.
I am off to a party tonight so I am trying to decide what to wear. Who am I, a movie star? I still have my dad on my mind so I think I will be Brad Pitt. He is a classic "old school" star. I love that lingo. You know when I was younger I had a soap addiction but I am all clean now haha I think I'd better check with a few of my friends to make sure none of them picked Brad. Nope. I see one is a Big Foot. Tracy is so crazy. Another, Laura, is that President Trump guy. Why him? I can never figure out Laura. Darlene is not coming that's sad. Sam is Sam. Why hasn't Sam put on a face? I will have to message Sam and see what's up. Kerry is some princess from some movie. I don't know which. They kind of blur together. Oh my tech says Annabelle. I don't think I saw that movie. I think Kerry is trying to be unique again by picking some obscure face nobody knows.
Oh, Sam doesn't want to go tonight. Strange Ze was so keen on it yesterday. I might have to drop by before the party and see what really is up. Sam has been a little melancholy lately. Oh remember Ze is the new he/she as anybody can be any gender they want to be today at a touch of the button. He/she is just old school.
Kerry just sent me the specs on another princess face. Kerry wants us both to go as princesses. I would need new hair and I don't want to cut my hair! I'm really attached to it ha ha. The truth is I am a little tired of the whole princess thing for the moment. Maybe a fire breathing dragon that eats princesses. I shouldn't be so mean. Kerry is a great friend . Kerry helped me a lot when my dad died. Tracy is already headed to the party. Okay. It is time to put on my Brad Pitt and head for the party I guess. Oh no I should head to Sam. My head is not screwed on right lately, ha ha. Okay. Grab my tech, my face, find a transport and I am off. My dad used to say everybody is gifted but some people clearly never opened their packages haha Sorry for the quirky jokes Sam lives over in a seedy part of town, if there is such a thing nowadays. Really. It's quite nice just as many parks as my end of town.
