Murder Mystery

I friend from my childhood Alice just invited me too a NTDP no tech dinner party. Personally I love tech and really do not believe most of the arguments these no tech activists put forward but I have not seen Alice in a long time and thought it would be fun too see some of my dads old friends and catch up with Alice. The party is in an old castle middle of nowhere.
The guests include a bunch of old punks
Michael treekeeper a old school environmentalist who has been locked up in prison more times than you can shake a stick at . I love that old school saying
Maria lawless is a old history buff loves dressing in medieval customs and can often be found getting arrested protesting the destruction or upgrade of an old building.
Christine Killer is a RTFF reformed time famine freak who now teaches yoga and relaxation techniques too other NTF no tech freaks.

Alice my school friend is a psychiatrist and now author loves bestowing a gift to the world of the great intellect found in Ze mind. That was kind of mean Alice is quite generous and loving. I do tend too argue a lot when we get together. Alice is maria daughter the two look a lot a like with modern tech all of the old people look like there in the 20's you often can't tell mothers and daughters apart it is weird.
Darlene you all know well is coming along to be my rock.
I do expect some TLE tongue lashing episodes at the party besides that it should be fun. It takes a full 12 hours too get too the castle there is no regular transport services to the location. You are stranded there for the night which kind of sucks. Alice says the food will be surprise. Along as it is NVF non vomit food I will be happy. Alice recently started experimenting with cooking.

Strange thing about this castle is 6 months ago Terry Weak a grounds keeper was killed. Found floating in the moat surrounding the castle the murderer has not been found.

Well walking with Darling around the castle I see in glass a note written 100 years ago. It talks about an old mine at this site that had to stop production due too some violent protesting. I bet Michael knows about that Ze is from a family of protestors that go back generations. Well being my snoopy self, I wonder into a old dark lit room with real books on the shelves I have not seen real paper books like those in years even in libraries you can't find them anymore. They smell all mouldy dusty and gross I see why we got rid of those abdominations years ago. There is an old ornate wooden desk in the middle of the room and yes I sneaked in my scanner. I lov to create some of this old stuff later. There is a handwritten note with today's date on the desk it is a protest letter it says, soon this castle is going to be upgraded with all modern tech it says I will die before I let this happen, it is signed Maria lawless. There is a drop of blood on the note which is kind of weird. I guess Marie has another protest project. They are ringing a real bell downstairs I guess that means dinner. Me and Darlene wonder in I am holding Darlene hand it is sweaty I guess Darlene is a little nervous facing people after all that has happened in the last few days. Everybody is here but Maria if I had my geo tech I could find Ze in seconds me. Instead me and Darlene are going too have a look around for Maria. We wonder out to the gardens and see on the path a trail of fresh blood I get all excited but Darlene wants to go back , I urge Ze on, it is night out and there is only the full moon illuminating the path , the trail of blood leads too a shed.

Darlene says do not open the shed door I say somebody maybe injured we have too open it. With some tribulation I creak the door open, inside there is a body it is Maria. With my limited first aid skills I try to revive the cold lifeless body I see before me. I tell Darlene to get help in a few moments everybody is there but where is the emergency professionals. Christine says they are busy and it may take a while too they get here. That kind of makes sense we are in the middle of nowhere. After many try's I give up trying to revive Marie. I am now covered in blood, crying and Darlene is holding me. I did not know Maria that well but I never had anybody die like that before. I am shaking like a leaf I am going to wash up , hopefully help will arrive soon. While I was washing up I found this drug called truth that Tracy gave me the other day it causes you too tell the truth about everything. I suspect somebody at the dinner party is a murderer and until the authorities get here I am a little freaked out.

Everybody is gathered in the dining room. Mostly because I am scared out of wits I released the Truth drug in gas form into the dining room. I first asked Michael treekeeper if he knew about the murders.
Michael was outside in the garden around the time of the murder and did see maria out there. Michael had an argument with Maria as Michael did not want Maria protesting the new changes coming too the castle Michael reason was that Michael did not want other environmentalist coming too the castle grounds as Michael family told him that the old mine used to dig for Californian 252 the rarest mineral on earth used in space mining and very hard too make synthetically. If this knowledge got out the grounds would be filled with illegal mining drones in hours. Ze sayed he did not kill maria ze loved maria and maria agreed too not say anything for the next couple weeks. If not Michael then as horrible as it sounds I have to ask maria daughter Alice. What Alice new about the murder. Ze most of known about the Californian 252. Alice was weeping uncontrollably obviously extremely distraught about her mothers death, in between the bouts of sobs I found out that ze was sleeping with the ground keeper that got murdered and new about the Californian months ago, Ze and her mother was on the side of protecting the castle grounds and was hatching a plan to cover up the existence of the mine. Before I asked Christine killer anything Christine came up to me and sayed I know one murderer here I know who killed the ground keeper 6 months ago it was Michael treekeeper I ask Ze is this true. Michael sayed he had
Argument with the grounds keeper Terry Weak as Michael found out that Terry Weak knew about the mine and was sending mining drones into the mine. That Terry refused too stop and threatened too tell the world about the mine if michael went to the authorities. So Michael rewired one of the grounds keeper mining drones too kill the grounds keeper. Michael sayed he was sorry but that was the only thing he could do he once again sayed he did not kill Marie she was a good old friend. Okay this is a good time too do a quick poll 1 is the killer really michael and he is somehow getting around the Truth drug. 2 the killer is Alice 3 the killer is Darlene 4 the killer is Christine 5 it is some one else. The winner gets some mac and cheese made by me. Zo I want that mac and cheese bad I know it's Alice. Well you will soon find out. I went up too Christine and asked what Christine knew about the murder . Christine was quite distraught Christine had dated maria years ago and never stopped loving maria. Christine did see Michael and maria talking this evening and overheard parts of the conversation but knew maria and Michael dated a long time ago and had some admonisty towards each other over that breakup. Christine true love was Terry weak the grounds keeper killed I being a bit of a gossip hound knew they had been dating for years. Christine with much hatred in ze eyes stated that slut Alice came along and stole Terry from me I suspected Alice killed Terry when I overheard maria talking with michael they mention the Californian 252 in the mine I knew that's why Alice killed Terry to get at the riches in the mine. I was so enraged in anger I struck in the head. What I thought was Alice it churned out too be maria it was dark and the two look so alike I can not believe I killed maria she was a beautiful kind hearted soul I can not believe it. Christine then ran angerly toward Alice with a knife in hand just then the authorities arrived. They arrested Christine, I explained everything to them they almost charged me for exposing a group to truth drug without there express consent but my likes are high so they let me go. Christine is being charged with murder as well as michael the whole situation is so sad. I was hoping to get away from everything and hang with Darlene another time I guess Zo sorry you lost this one but if you really want some mac and cheese come over to my place I never got too eat at that dinner party I am starving.It is time for some late night or now it would be early morning MC mac and cheese time. We have lift off!
