The doctors came out three hours later. We rushed to ask them whether he was ok, and to our relieve, one of them said yes.

"Who's his family member?" The doctor asked. Rob and I looked at each other.

"We are friends, but we are not sure who's in his family. Can we see him now?" I asked the doctor. He sighed, and told one of the nurses something, before nodding and dismissing us.

"Jerome!" I half whispered half screamed. His eyes remained closed, and IVs hung from his arms. His face was terribly pale, but it had been better than when he fainted. The monitor beeped steadily, annoying me but constantly reminding us that Jerome is still with us. The scene had been peaceful.

I walked closer to Jerome as Rob thanked god that Jerome was safe. I sighed, and took Jerome's hand in mine. Sitting down on a chair, I patted on the other one so that Rob could have a seat too. I turned back to Jerome as Rob plopped down onto the chair.

"What do you think happened," I murmured. Rob stared at me strangely.

"He can't talk, you know," Rob said. I rolled my eyes.

"Not funny Rob. I'm asking you," I asked again. Rob scrunched up his eyebrows a little.

"I don't know..."

Just then, the doctor came in. We stood up.

"Hey guys. I'm Dr. Adam. I'm Jerome Aceti's doc. Currently, we cannot contact his family members, so I would want to talk to you about something that had happened to Jerome," he said. We nodded. A lump formed in my throat.

Dr. Adam sat down on the couch. We followed suit on the other end as I looked back to ensure that Jerome is still there. Dr. Adam took out a file that has the name 'Jerome Aceti' on it and started to flip through the papers before stopping at one.

"According to the checkup we had, Jerome had another episode of his anxiety. This is not the first time he had been admitted to the hospital," Dr. Adam told us. Rob tenses up. I patted his shoulder to make him relax a little.

"Dr. Adam, do you mean that this could happen again?" I asked. He smiled.

"Call me Adam. And yes, it would happen again," he stated. I gulped.

"Would he be in any danger if no one was there when he have his attacks?" I questioned again.

"Chances aren't high, but if there were dangers around him, yes," he coughed.

"What do yo-"

Before I could finish my sentence, I was cut off by the door slamming in the hospital, and there stood a man, with a few other nurses trying to pull him away.

"You can't be here!"

"You would wake the other patients!"

He did not even glance at their direction. He stared at Adam, then at Rob, then me, before landing on Jerome.

I sense danger.
