"We need his address," Adam mumbled as he went to Google Jerome's name. Random Jeromes popped up, but they were not the Jerome we wanted.
(A/N: or is it the Jerome YOU wanted? *wiggles eyebrows*
Mitch: -.-)
"We can't disappear for a few days just to find him," Rob said. I stared at him. He cleared his throat. "I mean, we have our own life. Me and Mitch have school, and Adam have his own job."
I sighed. "Then what can we do?"
"Can you ask your school for his address?" Adam asked. I shrugged.
"They might not give us. All students' information are private. And we're students instead of teachers so..." Rob trailed off. Adam furrowed his eyebrows.
"I can't go. You know, my work," Adam said. I nodded.
"I understand."
"Here. This is my number. Call me if you have a plan." He scribbled a line of numbers on a strip of paper, and handed it to me.
"Thanks." I took out my phone and saved his number, passing the paper to Rob as he did the same. I send Adam a 'hi' through WhatsApp, and he saved my number. I created a group chat named 'Jerome'.
"Don't you guys have school?" Adam raised his eyebrows.
"Uh... yah..."
"I'll write a letter and tell them that you visited Jerome," he reached for his drawer and took out an envelope and a piece of paper. As he started writing, Adam's words clung to my mind.
"Wait. Won't the teachers realise that he had gone missing?" I asked Adam. Focused on his letter, he shrugged.
"I don't know, maybe. Oh, by the way, do the teachers get the student's personal information?"
"Yeah. They collect it at the start of the year so that if we disappear all of a sudden or we have emergencies, they can contact our parents," I told Adam. He nodded.
"Ok then."
A plan formed in my mind. It would need time. However, the problem is:
Would Jerome survive the few days? Or would we be too late...
