I really like writing about them meeting?
Alex POV
Internet friends. Someone who could be in the same state or across the world but you'd choose them any day you could.
My thing was she was across an ocean so it was difficult talking 6 hours ahead of me. Our timing had to be right.
Sometimes it takes weeks to meet sometimes years.-
I didn't sleep the day before I was suppose to go see hayden. I cleaned my room messed it up and cleaned it again. I laid down watching my screen for that loving Snapchat of a messy blue ball of hair and some bright green eyes.
But it never came.
Her brother texted me saying she would be there in two hours so I got ready quickly and picked up my friend from her house to film for youtube.
Hayden didn't know I would be waiting for her with her brother.
Driving to the airport was nerve wrecking. We drove past signs that said "Dallas air port"
We finally saw a space and pulled into the space. I laid my head on the steering wheel."This is actually happening" I smiled
"This hug has been long awaited for since 2015" my friend laughed
"Three years." I replied undoing my seatbeltWe got out of the car and went through security and found her brother who said she was on her way then he went a little farther and started recording.
She walked out of the gate and waved to her brother but then she caught a glance of me.
She I guess immediately realized that it was me because she yelled "alex!"
she threw her bag down and started to run twords me.
Our body's collided and I felt peace the laughing and her legs wrapped around my waist and my arms around hers.
It was amazing and at that moment I knew
She and I were safe. In love. Greatly attached.
The hug was for what felt like minutes.
The three years of being separated from my best friend. Seems like forever to some people. But to me.
It was all worth the wait to finally be in each others arms.
I think I like this one?
