TWO WEEKS LATER...

Shadow Knight's Tower Room, Heroes Legion Mansion: February 18th, 2014: 9:00 AM

It had been two weeks since the Heroes Legion had been dealt their first and most crippling defeat.

And ever since that day, Legion had been busy making his popularity sky rocket by way of the "new Abilities" he displayed before the gullible masses who had foolishly raised him up on a pedestal.

Shadow Knight wasn't sure who this whole thing had hurt the most, the others...or M-Leader.

On the plus side, when Legion stole his powers he stole the M-radiation that sustained his M-Gene's mutagenesis it ended up reversing his physical transformation.

He now looked human again.

On the negative side, his throat was still damaged so without his telepathy he was now a mute.

M-leader was smart, but he only at this point in time had found one way to get his thoughts and words out to everyone, including Stephanie Walker, and that was via WordPad on IPad or IPhone and whatnot.

Shadow Knight would be lying if he had said that he wasn't the only one who had been put into a slump by this, but when you've raised yourself up to not be beaten down into the dirt and to push back if you do...you don't give up for long.

He refused to feel helpless, even when he was powerless.

He hated that feeling, and he wanted Legion to feel that feeling of uselessness that he had instilled on him and the rest of his team.

Four days ago, the Shadow Knight had been spying on Legion at one of his public photo-ops in his civilian disguise.

It ironically happened to be not too far away from a local comic shop, Shadow Knight decided to keep watch on him from inside the shop, looking out from the main panoramic window through the Spiderman window art.

Being a comic book geek himself, he knew that they had to do something about Legion...but how to you defeat a power thief who has possession of your superpowers?

He thought about it and thought about it until his head hurt, but ever scenario he came up with just lead to the same outcomes: Legion winning...and the Heroes Legion being killed in battle.

There had to be something, something they weren't seeing....some kind of angle that they could use to take Legion down before whatever The Dark Elite had planned for him when they were ready to strike occurred.

Though his and the teams experience combating rogue Metahumans was in a way pretty brief, if the experience had taught Shadow Knight one thing...it's that all Metahumans are not perfect, like human beings they have their individual weakness's.

Even Brawl had a weakness, his inability to swim and sinking like a stone in deep water for example.

Then he remembered something that happened during the battle at the Mansion with Legion...Robo-Warriors armor!

That was when the light bulb went off in Shadow Knight's head.

The instant he had gotten back from spying on Legion, (and missing his shadow walking power due to being stuck in a cab during Manhattan rush hour) Shadow Knight had talked with Robo-Warrior on the side, and asked him if he could get him in touch with the creator of the Robo-Warrior suit.
