Cambions

A Cambion is a half demon half human however these creatures are also referred to as Demi-demons, endarkened, hybrids or sometimes simply as "Demons". These creatures where rare in ancient times however in modern day these are one of the most common supernatural beings however there is still plenty of diversity within the race as their is many different species and types of demons and therefore their are many types of hybrids, they can either be born genetically such as a human and a demon having a child , either be choice such as a human making deal with a demon or by being turned via infection from another Cambion, or can be born magically through a deal or by someone making themselves a Cambion via magic although they would need the aid of a some kind of demonic entity, power or remains, some demons reproduce by infecting humans making them Cambions.

Cambions are one of few supernaturals who can truly cast magic however this magic is demonic and is more specific to their power set rather than being as versatile as witchcraft. The majority of them have strength beyond that of humans and some types have strength far beyond that of other supernaturals while other types have little more strength that humans also most half-demons, if not all, have extended life spans some may even be immortal and won't naturally die. Most can also turn from their human form into a half-demon form which will have certain unnatural traits such as horns, strangely coloured eyes, claws, fangs, strangely coloured skin, tails, deformities, spikes..etc

It can be difficult for some Cambions to hide their true nature as not all can shift at an early age and some still struggle to hide their true form even in adulthood. They can have weaknesses individual nature but it is common for more pure blood Cambions can be harmed by holy objects and can't step on hollow ground or places protected by witches. All known Cambions can be killed or at least harmed by magical weaponry such as ones used by elves, blacksmiths and other Seelie or weapons enchanted by witches. 

Demonic community:
Cambions, like humans, can be both sociable and secretive as some demons chose to trade, socialise, gamble with and fight beside fellow members of there kind while others chose to stay away from others out of fear of rival species or because they wish to keep amongst there own kind either for familiarity or they don't wish to share their species magical secrets and culture with others.

Known types of Cambions:

• Fury, powerful clawed demons of vengeance and justice.

• Shade, ghost like beings of darkness and shadows.

• Succubus/Incubus, demons of lust and desire who's most powerful weapon is there kiss.

• Strigoi, nocturnal creatures who feed on the life force of humans, this supernatural that has been heavily commercialised by humans.

• Devil, horned demons who often make deals with humans or other supernaturals, the salesmen of the demonic world.

• Spectre, necromatic beings who use dead bodies as hosts to channel there power.

• Neon, creatures of deadly coloured light. They are often underestimated due to having a more human-like nature.

Valkyrie, dark winged beings who possess both an angelic visage and demonic power.

• Phobos, creatures who feed of the fear of others.

• Oni, monstrous Japanese demons of war and blood shed.

• Plutus, demonic gods of greed, gold and avarice.

• Horsemen, reapers of death, war, famine or pestilence.

• Imp, trickster demons who twist both the truth and minds of others to cause mischief and mayhem.

• Scorpio, scorpion-like warrior demons who are known for their blood-lust and aggression.

• Agni, fire demons made from lava and earth, they are often feared by others due to their destructive capabilities.

• Eris, discord demons who feed off the chaos, strife and pain of others.
