7 - the blowout

Carrie POV

"Why don't you guys just fuck already while y'all are at it" Rachel scoffed after Hayes left the house. I turned to her and she had a rude look on her face. "Why are you so salty right now?" I asked rolling my eyes.

"I don't know maybe its because you've only known this boy for a day and you've already slept with him. Carrie you're acting like a slut right now. What happened to the real one who swerved every boy that looked at her? Also you've been ignoring your bestfriend the whole time. News flash! Who pays the bills since you couldn't afford them and almost went homeless. Me!"

After she finished her sentence she walked to her room and slammed her door. She's never gone off this bad before at me.

Hayes POV

"Well that's just too bad" Nash replied after I told him that I have nowhere to stay now. "But we're brothers! Why are you doing this?" I practically yelled at him making him flinch.

"Just pack up and leave" All three of them shouted at me. "Fine" I spit out and gave them a glare before making my way to Carrie's house.

As soon as I got to her doorstep I rang the doorbell which could be heard form outside. "Oh hey" Rachel, her roommate, smiled at me when she opened the door. "Hey is Carrie home?" I asked trying to calm my breathing. "Yeah she's in her room" She winked at me before opening the door more for me to step in.

That's weird, but the thought got pushed away as soon as I reached Carrie's room. "Hey Hayes, how'd it go?" She questioned me as I walked in. I took a big breathe in and breathed out while biting my lip. As if she could tell what happened she gave me a comforting hug.

"I have no where to go right now, there's a reason why I was sent out here to LA with Nash" I whispered in a very audible voice.
"Hayes come with me" she said before dragging me out of her room and towards my place.

She knocked on the door aggressively still holding onto my hand. "What in the hell?" The boys opened the door to see Carrie fuming mad. "What the fuck are you people thinking?" She yelled at them and let go of my hand.

"Well we don't want him here and also its none of your business" Nash said rudely back to her.
"You know what. That's perfectly damn fine. Hayes is going to live with me. I swear..." She said shaking her head, "you guys are quite heavenly neighbors."

"Go ahead, he has no game anyways so I wouldn't be surprised if he chickened out on you" Nash yelled clearly making me mad. "I don't need you in my life." I said going passed them and into my room to pack my stuff.

I heard faint yelling while I was stuffing clothes into my suitcase. "What a fucking brother I have" I whispered to myself as I was finishing up. I only took my clothes and electronics since I barely had anything in my room yet.

One Week Later

Carrie has been so nice to me since I kind of moved in. Rachel has given me many weird looks but I just ignored them. Today Carrie was at school while I stayed home and did my online course. Rachel also stayed home because she's supposedly sick.

As I was taking a test for math I heard a small knock coming from the door. I was staying in Carrie's room since her house only has two rooms. "Uh Yeah?" I asked seeing Rachel at the door smirking at me.

"So how do you like the house?" She asked while coming and sitting next to me. Just a little too close for comfort. "Um its very nice, thanks for letting me stay" I said giving a weak smile then returning back to my work.

"You do know there's a price to stay here" She said running her hand on my thigh...
