I SUDDENLY FEEL A GIANT wave of relief wash over me as Liam steps out of the room. I don't know what I would have said to him about what ever he thinks I said last night.
I can't believe I was so stupid to say those things. What was I thinking talking about having his babies ? The stupid alcohol did that.
Arrrggghhhhh! I don't think I'll ever drink again.
My eyes darts towards the door and I wonder who could be at the door this early. What if it's Dan?
I lift the tray from my laps and drop it on the bed, sliding out of bed immediately. I don't trust Liam with getting the door anymore, I have to be sure if the person at the door isn't here to see me.
I walk to the door and I can hear an unfamiliar female voice on the other side of the door as I move closer.
"....What are you doing here? I was only out of the country for few weeks and I come back to see you in this mess."
"I'm not in any mess. This is a house as you can see"
I open the door only to see Liam and two blondes in the living room.
Two blondes?
What's with him and blondes anyway? Who the hell are they and why are they shouting in my fucking apartment.
I shut the to my room behind me and they all turn towards me before turning back around. By the look of it, one is old enough to be Liam's mother and the other with blue eyes and smirky lips looks just like Liam but younger. But what if they're not related. Is Liam married or what?
"So that is the reason you left home" The woman points at my direction over her shoulder, without looking at me. My eyes widen at her use of words but I try to be quiet as I can be. I could make her eat her words right now. Who the hell does she think she is? Calling me a 'that'. Besides, I've only known Liam for just for a short period, why would I be the reason for their misunderstanding.
"Her name is Violet" Liam growls and I'm shocked at the way he reacts. Is he actually defending me? Of course he is.
"I know her name is violet. How did you even think I found you out?" The angry woman replies. What does she mean she found him out? Has Liam been hiding from her?
"I come back to find out you haven't been going to work since I left, just because of her. You left your beautiful home for this place." Seriously this woman is a total bitch. She speaks with so much bitterness. It feels like she hated me before today. I love this apartment and she's talking about it like it's a fucking house of garbage. "It's so ludicrous." She spats.
"If you call that place a home, then this place is paradise. This place feels more like a home than that suffocating house you call a home" My mouth falls open immediately those words flies out of Liam's mouth. I've been making his life hell and he still thinks this place is paradise.
"I can't believe this" She turns to the other blonde lady beside her who quickly put on a smirk. I've been watching her the whole time, she wouldn't stop laughing. "Are you listening to your ungrateful brother?" She's definitely Liam 'sister. The bitter woman is their mother.
She turns back to Liam who seem to be loosing his cool already. "I gave you everything and you think the only way you can return the favour is ruin everything that I've built since your father left us"
