Liam's POV
I GROAN AT THE VIBRATION of my phone as I grab it from beside me. Squinting my eyes at the screen, I groan harder at the caller.
Reese. It's fucking Reese.
I'll fucking kill her for disturbing my sleep. Why is she calling me so early in the morning. What could be so important that couldn't wait till I'm awake.
I swipe my finger across the screen and place the phone to my ear. I groan. "I'll kill you for this."
"I'm sorry-"
"No, you're not"
"But you're always up before this time everyday"
"I never knew I gave you a stalking job too"
"Don't tell me you got drunk last night"
I wish I did. "So?"
"You know better you shouldn't be drinking, it isn't good for you right now" She's doing it again and I hate it. Reminding me of how miserable my life is.
"It wouldn't change anything. Would it?"
"I know it wouldn't change a thing but-"
"What do you want?" I cut her off before she says anything further. I need to know why she had to cut my sleep short.
"Well I think you should know your mother is going out of her mind. She wouldn't stop calling me yesterday. She really wants to know where you are."
"I don't care, she can go to hell"
"I might have to tell her where you are sooner or later. I don't wanna loose my job"
'Tell her anything and you'll loose your job" I hang up immediately and toss my phone on the bed.
The last thing I want now is my mother on my neck like always. I just need some space from her and her bullshits. I'm definitely tired of her ordering me around and controlling my life like she owns it.
I picked up my wrist watch to look at the time. It's the perfect time to do what I have planned for her-Violet. After her little breakdown last night, I think I should do something for her. She had too much to drink and lost her mind completely.
The fact that she thinks I hate her makes me want to do something to change her opinion. She must be out of her mind to think that I hate her. She's the only woman that makes me feel what I have never felt and she thinks I hate her.
I should be the one worried that she'll hate me for the rest of her life. She flares up at every little thing I say or do, which is exactly what I want just to get her attention.
I push myself out of bed and go right into my bathroom to freshen up before putting on a black pant and a blue shirt.
I step out of my room and walk to the kitchen. I turn on the the coffee pot before I start open the fridge and bring put what I needed to make waffles.
I'm sure she would be happy to have her breakfast in bed.
In few minutes, I was done with making the waffle and the coffee is also ready. I put her waffles in the plate and place it in a tray along with a cup of coffee and berries.
I walk out of the kitchen with the tray in my hand and stopped in front of her room. I softly knock on the door before opening the door. I notice the fucking cat running towards me as I'm about to shut the door. Now I'm thinking if I should turn around or wait and kill it. That will definitely crush Violet's heart. The cat walk past me and slides out of the room through the half opened door.
