Verse : Jonah 2
Pointer Verse :
" From inside the fish Jonah prayed to the Lord his God " v.1
"And the Lord commanded the fish and it vomitted Jonah onto dry Land" v.10
Background :
Jonah was escaping to the Lord , because he don't want to accept what the Lord wanted him to do .
He ride a ship together with other people..
During their journey , the ocean is angry , it almost break the ship .
Its like there is a thunder storm.
Jonah knew it was him who causes all the trouble .
And so he said to them , to throw him to the ocean
After falling into deep waters , the Fish ate him and he was inside it. he prayed and God commanded the fish to vomit him , and he became free.
Come to think of it , is there a time na tumatakbo ka palayo Kay LORD ?
bakit ka tumatakbo?
kasi diba ayaw mo nang Responsibility
kasi alam mong mag eeffort ka
pero alam mo ba ang main reason bakit tumatakbo si Jonah?
Hindi lang dahil ayaw niyang gawin yung utos ni Lord
kundi , dahil wala siyang tiwala sa Nineveh
Nineveh is a place of unbelievers kung saan puro wicked people , lahat ng kasalanan , name it at makikita mo sa lugar na yun.
The lesson here is that if the LORD trust the unbelievers that they will then turn to their sins , why would you doubt it. ?
Si Lord nga may tiwala sayo na kaya mong magbago eh
Dpat may tiwala ka din na kayang magbago ng ibang tao
You hold the power in breaking the barriers , if you only let GOD's will to enter in , and he will set you free
Kagaya nang nangyari Kay Jonah nakulong siya sa loob ng isda
Ikaw nakakulong ka din sa sarili mo ..
Sa fear ..
sa doubt ..
lack of faith .. in yourself and in humanity
Always remember that any negative thoughts will hinder you in doing the will of GOD
Don't be comfortable on where you are right now .
You need to level up ..
You need to break the barriers ..
You need to strive for something great ..
You need to have Faith in the LORD ..
You need to experience Freedom..
You need to come out on what's prisoning you right now ..
Break the barrier ..
If you think you're weak ..
the Lord will be your strength ..
Experience Freedom
Freedom to do the righteous things in life and Freedom to experience Joy.
