Chapter XIII: Evil Strikes

"What happens if she doesn't remember anything. If she thinks we are 'out to kill her'. Then what would we so?" bandit asked. "I don't know, I just want her to remember." Ace sighed and walked over to the cliff and sat down so his feet dangled. "Bandit! Bandit! She's waking up, but she is burning up." Sara exclaimed. "I'll get some water she is probably going into a panic attack. Ace would you take Sara out, she doesn't need to see this." Bandit said. "Yea, common Sara let's go over here and practice your earth." Ace said. "Ah" Courtney yelled. "Courtney please calm down it's okay I'm here." Bandit said. "Ah! God get him out of my mind!" Courtney said. "Oh no, Ace get in here." Bandit said. "What's wrong?" Ace ran in holding onto the side of the tent. "Mikey still has her, but she fighting. She may not win this battle." Bandit said softly. "We have to do something, can't we help her?" Ace asked. "Not unless you can get Mikey to let her go. He is the only way; he could keep her sleeping or in pain all he wants." Bandit looked up at Ace. "You will have to reason with Mikey." she said. "But he wouldn't let her go! He hates her. And..." Ace said. "Don't worry just tell him if he doesn't let her go then she will die." Bandit said. "I'll find him and get her help." ace said. Sara ran in to see what was going on, but when she came in she was acting differently. "Oh she's asleep." Sara said. "Yes good thing to." bandit said. "Oh I don't know about that." Sara pulled a knife and stabbed Courtney in the chest with it. But Ace knew something wasn't right so he used a shadow clone of Courtney to trick her. He had Courtney out side the tent and he was holding her tight. "Sara what the hell!" bandit yelled. "Where is she!" Sara quickly turned into Tara (Mikey's girlfriend who hated Courtney and the rest of them). "Tara should have none it was you since you do have shape shifting. But you will never find her." bandit said with a smirk. "Tell me or I'll kill you to. And I will never tell you were Sara is." Tara said. "Hey Bandit why was Sara tied up in a tree I found her there." Chris said. "Dammit!" Tara said. "Haha your plan is ruined Tara!" Bandit said like a 5 year old and sticking her tongue out at Tara. Meanwhile Ace had gotten Courtney far enough away from Tara. "There you go." Ace said putting Courtney down on the ground. The woods were dark and very creepy since it was around 7 o'clock pm. "Now let's try this." Ace said clearing his throat. "Mikey you let her go or I'll kick your ass hard! oh no that that was bad even for me." Ace mumbled. "Ace 'coughing noises' Ace." Courtney mumbled. "Courtney your awake are you okay?" Ace asked. "Yes, just in a lot of pain, where are we?" "We are away from camp because Tara is there." "We can head back soon then I'll go talk with Mikey to let you go." Ace said. "What do you mean let me go?" Courtney asked. "We'll Mikey still has you under some sort of control, I have to talk with him to let you go." Ace said. "No Ace I can handle a little pain, don't risk your life for me. Please." "fine let's head back I'm sure they have Tara all taken care of." Ace picked Courtney up and carried her back to the camp. When they got there Tara was tied up and Chris was sitting on her. Sara was stuffing her face with pie and Bandit was sharpening her knives. "Chris why are you sitting on her?" Ace asked. "So she wouldn't get away." Chris replied. "Chris you're so weird." Courtney said. "Courtney you're awake!" Bandit said. "Oh no, you're awake are you. This can't do. Mikey you copy, turn it on again she's awake." Tara said over a head set. "Turn what on...AH!" Courtney was in intense pain. "No let her go please!" Ace pleaded. "Nope, can't do I only can ask him to turn it on and off." Tara said. "I'll put her back in the tent, Sara grab some water lots of it." Bandit said. "How do I turn it off!" Ace yelled. "You can't only Mikey can." Tara said. "Chikusho!" Ace yelled (chikusho means damn in Japanese). "Awe poor boy so upset that his girl is in pain." Tara said. "Ace! this isn't good." Bandit yelled. Ace ran into see that Courtney was already panting and sweating really bad. "We have to get Mikey fast. He is the only one right now who can help. She'll die if we don't." Sara said. "But Mikey is the bad guy." Chris said. "It's ours and her only hope." Ace said.
