Chapter XIX: The Storm

The wind was howling. The rain was strong. The hail was huge. Trees were down, and debris was flying everywhere. Chris was holding Sara, and blocking her from getting hit from any debris. Bandit was covering herself with a wall Sara made. Sara tried covering under the cliff with stone but the storm was to strong. Ace was huddled in the shadows.

"Ace where the hell is Courtney!" Bandit yelled. "I don't know! She could still be out there I'll go look!" Ace yelled back. "Be careful!"

Ace ran outside and just kept running, dodging debris here and there. "Courtney! Courtney where are you!" Ace called. "Ace I'm over here!" what the hell are you doing out here?! You're going to get yourself killed!" Ace yelled. "Ace you need to leave now!" Courtney yelled. "No not without you" "Ace it's not safe you need to leave!" "Why?" "Because were not alone!" "what?" "There's three guys over there. They keep throwing knives over here. I'm not going to let you get hurt!" "I can take these guys!" Ace said shadow possessing them. "Hey man let us go!" one of the dudes yelled. "Nah I'm good!" Ace tied them up to a tree and grabbed Courtney's hand and took off running. "Ace look out!" Courtney said as Ace flipped her over and covered her with his body. There was no way they were going to make it back. Too much debris falling. A tree branch almost hit Ace. The winds were getting stronger and the hail was bigger. Golf ball size was the smallest.

It had been awhile since Ace left and everyone was nervous. "Where is that boy!" Bandit said. "I don't know maybe still looking for Courtney!" Chris said. "He'll be okay Bandit just don't worry they both will make it!" Sara said.

The storm had dyed down some. "Ace!" Bandit said running towards them. "Ace you found Courtney! but your back is all torn up!" Bandit said. "I'm fine, we both are." "Few!" Bandit said breathing out! "Let's just head to the cliff and get some rest." Ace said getting up. Bandit ran ahead of Ace to catch up with Chris and Sara. "Hey Ace thanks for saving me." Courtney said. "Yea anytime." Ace said smiling.

They got back to the cliff and everyone went to sleep except Ace. He was too busy thinking of Mikey. Ace walked out from under the cliff and sat outside. "Hello Ace." Mikey said coming up from behind. "Mikey what do you want!" Ace said getting ready to fight. "We'll let's see here." 'boom!' Ace was hit in the head by something hard. "Tara your up, turn me into Ace." Mikey said. "Right away!w Tara turned Mikey into a perfect version of Ace. "We'll done Tara all meet you back later." Mikey said tiring Ace to a tree far away.

The next day everyone sat at a big rock eating breakfast table. They ate there breakfast and everyone went to do other things. Bandit was throwing knives, Sara sewing new clothes, and Chris eating a apple without any hands. "Courtney would you like to go on a walk?" 'Ace' asked. "Sure!" the both went outside and started walking. Mikey had Tara turn Ace to look like him. So if Courtney or anyone saw him it would look like Mikey. "Hey Ace what's that?" Courtney said running over to a tree. It was 'Mikey'. "Mikey what the hell is he doing here!" Courtney said. "I don't know?" 'Ace' said. "Ugh what the hell happened, oh hi Courtney. Why are you staring at me like that? and where are the others?" 'Mikey said'. "Why the hell should I tell you Mikey?" Courtney said. "What are you talking about?" Ace looked behind Courtney to see himself standing there. He knew it was Mikey. ace untied himself. And got up. "Courtney get away from him that's Mikey!" 'Mikey said' "no you are!" Courtney said soft of hiding behind 'Ace'. He had his hand on her waste and her face was in his arm. "Mikey let her go!" Ace yelled. "Why are you calling me Mikey? you're Mikey." Mikey said. "No I'm not I'm Ace! I can prove it!" Ace grabbed Courtney by the arm. Not hard but just enough to get her to come to him. "No no! don't hurt me please!" Courtney said falling in the ground crying and screaming. "See what you have done to her!" Mikey said putting a hand on her shoulder.

"What the hell is this!"bandit said walking over. "Bandit! good tell him in Ace!" Ace said. Bandit looked confused. "Um you're Mikey." she said. "No I'm not I can prove it." "Okay what's my favorite color both of you!" Bandit said. "Blue!" Mikey said b"You hate color." Ace said. "Ace it really is you!" "Duh!" "Ugh fine." Mikey turned himself back into Mikey and Ace back into Ace. "Ah!" Courtney screaming crawling over to Ace!" "Worthless bitch! You can't even fight all you do is cry and run!" Mikey said. "She runs because she has no power, she cries because you have her terrible memories whenever she looks at you!" Ace said picking Courtney up.

She was holding onto him and her head was in his arm. "Ugh I'll just need a new plan then goodbye Courtney!" Mikey said disappearing. "Courtney are you okay?" Ace asked whipping away her tears. "I guess, just traumatized." She said.
