Let me add some supporting verses about LOVING OUR NEIGHBOR
(from 1 John 4:8, 20-21)
8 Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.
20 Whoever claims to love God yet hates a brother or sister is a LIAR. For whoever does not love their brother and sister, whom they have seen, cannot love God, whom they have not seen.
21 And he has given us this command: Anyone who loves God must also love their brother and sister.

Sa 1 John 4:20, parang mahirap daw po paniwalaan na sabihin nating mahal natin ang DIYOS na hindi nakikita, kung may galit tayo sa kapwa.
Rephrase: WHEN YOU HATE SOMEONE , WHOM YOU CAN TOUCH AND SEE, IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE WHEN YOU SAY YOU LOVE GOD, WHOM YOU CANNOT SEE.
Kung ang DIOS ay nasa ating PUSO
, ang DIYOS na puno ng pagmamahal, PUPUNUIN din ang ating puso ng PAGMAMAHAL na ito, hanggang sa mag-umapaw ito TUNGO sa ibang tao.
Therefore, THE LOVE that we have for our brothers and sisters, even to those UNLOVABLE is the FRUIT (BUNGA) of having JESUS in our hearts, whom we have RECEIVED.
KAYA NGA parang MAHIRAP paniwalaan ang isang tao na sabihing mahal niya ang Diyos (therefore nasa puso niya dapat) tapos PUNO naman ito ng GALIT sa kanyang puso .
"Because a heart FULL OF LOVE, has NO room for HATE."
At saka ika nga, "kung ano ang PUNO, siya ang BUNGA" at kung ano ang laman ng puso siyang lumalabas sa ating bibig.
And HOW to LOVE ? AS YOURSELF.
Ayaw masaktan, ayaw mong mapahiya, ayaw malungkot, gusto mo masaya, masigla...
GANUN din ang HANGAD mo sa kapwa mo.
Therefore , ONE SHOULD LOVE HIMSELF in order to LOVE OTHERS BACK.
That's all folks! Let GOD love us, so that we could LOVE God, and love ourselves and let this LOVE OVERFLOW to others.
