Chaptet 8

*Cassandra's POV*

"No you don't understand," Austin said pulling over. "I only said that to get the Paps away from me. How would you like to wake up tomorrow and see "Austin mahone and his new girl?" across the front page of every newspaper? It wouldn't turn out good with the jealous fans and all. I was just trying to protect you and me. You do mean something to me because if you didn't why would I have ever came back?" I sat there taking it all in. Maybe he was right. Maybe he isn't so bad after all. He didn't seem to studder, so he's obviously telling the truth. I just hope so.

"Really?" I smiled.

"Cass yes! I meant everything I've said up to this point!"

*Austin's POV*

I saw her smiling, so maybe she had finally gotten the hint of the fact that I wasn't trying to be mean. She wasn't just a fan to me and nor will she ever be. None of my fans will be just fans. They've gotten me where I am today.

I couldn't wait to take her to my house. Mama can finally see what I've been talking about all these days. And the crew is waiting at home in the living room, as Alex just texted.

"Where are we going?" She was getting inpatient, but she would have to wait a little longer. My Texas house was about half an hour away from the hospital, and we were about 10 minutes away. She kept groaning, but I turned on the radio and sang to her.

When we pulled up the neighborhood she started coming up with all these ideas. All she was doing confusing herself more. I wheeled into my neighbor hood and went to the last house. I pulled straight into the driveway and parked the car.

"Welcome home," I whispered with a cheeky grin spread across my face. I got out of the car and walked around the back to her side. I opened the door and held my hand out to grab, which she gladly did. I drug her inside and she rolled her eyes at how excited I was.

"Moooom!!" I yelled.

"Yes Hun?" she said, her voice getting louder and louder indicating she was coming. "Oh who's this?"
