*Austin's POV*
"That's all I want to do today," I said smiling, happy of what my crew had just accomplished. We successfully ran through each song for the last time of the tour. I was hot and sweaty from rehearsals and we were indoors. The Houston show was today, and I was excited to end the tour in my home state. I grabbed my red microphone and ran out onto the stage.

After the concert and the meet and greets I was supposed to meet one lucky girl to meet with her and hangout for awhile, but she was no where to be found. Maybe she's just lost in the crowd. I told myself over and over. In the meantime I unlocked my phone and tapped the twitter icon. I hit my notifications and there was one from twitter that said "You are trending!" A smile appeared on my face as it hit the trending page. I heard a knock on the door and my eyes shot up from my phone only to see my mom enter the room. My smile faded and I looked back down at my phone. The trending page was still up and I saw my name yet again. '#AUSTINMEETCASS.' Curious to what it was, I clicked on it.
"Dear Austin,
I hope you see this because this is not a joke. My friend was supposed to meet you at your VIP after the concert to hangout, and she unfortunately can't. She was on her way to the concert and a drunk driver hit her car, injuring both her mom and Cassandra. She is currently in the Houston hospital in a coma. She is your biggest fan and I hope you can make time to see her. Thank you so much."
My mouth dropped as I saw the picture of her. She looked so limp, and lifeless. I went onto her friends account and followed her so I could message her.
"Hey. I saw your tweet about your friend. I was wondering if there are anymore details you could tell me. And if you could tell me her twitter user name I would really appreciate it. Thank you so much." I hit send and dropped my phone in my lap. I suck down in the chair I was currently in and put my hands over my face.
"Austin are you ok?" My mom asked me.
"Here read this, " I said handing her my phone.
"Oh my gosh!!" She said in shock.
"Yeah exactly," I said slumping down even farther. My phone lit up with a message from twitter. When i saw it was Cassandra's friend my smile appeared back.
"Yes! She doesn't know this yet but her mom died in the crash. She is 16 and her twitter name is _cassandraaa_ "
"Thank you so much. I'm planning on visiting her. Thank you for all of this." I typed in Cassandra's user name and sure enough, her last tweet was about me.
"Can't wait to see my babe @austinmahone tonight😍" I scrolled down to her photos and was looking for a selfie so I knew what she looked like. I stumbled upon one and I couldn't help but sit there and stare at her. She was beautiful. Her eyes were multiple colors, like mine. Her hair was dark brown, like mine. She was fairly tall and she was skinny. Her tan glowed and her teeth were perfect. She was beautiful.
"Mom I have to go see her. She's here. In Houston." I told my mom.
"We're going back to San Antonio soon Austin!"
"Mom it won't take long. I promise. I'm actually going to leave right now."
"Call me when you are finished. Love you and drive safe!" She said kissing her cheek before i left.
