The Poet's Fire
The poet battles through the depths of hell
But never shows it
She uses metaphors to hide her frustration
Her words are fire
She breathes the fire she puts out
The world is trying to kill her but she fights with all her power
She is a super hero flying high
Fighting the enemys with her words of sarcasm
She is headstrong
She is stronger than ten thousand men
The words she puts on the page silences all her enemies
Anyone that has ever doubted her
Soon regrets it
She proves them wrong by turning all her anger and pain
into beautiful poetry
When they read her poetry they feel her pain
Her fire is always there
