Chapter 29

Day 3/5 at Chewton Glen

Poppy's POV

"Alfie, we are here!" I shout whilst banging on their tree house door. Alfie came to the door and invited me and Sean inside.

"Oh my gosh, this place looks amazing. Hi I'm Alfie's sister Poppy and this is my boyfriend Sean" I introduce us to Zoe.

"Hi, I'm Zoe, It's great to finally meet you both" Zoe replies. I smile.

"You too, Zoe" Sean replies.

We end up playing board games, never have I ever and now we are finishing with the traditional Truth or Dare.

"Sean, truth or dare" Alfie asks.

"Dare" He replies.

"Eat a spoonful of cinnamon".

"But-"

"No buts, you chose dare" I say laughing.

He puts a heaped spoonful of cinnamon in his mouth and spits the powder out immediately.

"That's disgusting!" He shouts before taking a drink of water.

"Zoe, Truth or Dare" Sean asks.

"Truth" she says nervously. 

"ermmmm... what is the most romantic thing a boy has ever done for you?" Sean asks.

"Well truth be told I have only ever had one boyfriend before Alfie, and he was a complete jerk. He never did anything nice for me. I'm so lucky to have Alfie, he treats me a lot better. This is by far the best thing anyone has ever done for me" She smiles.

"awwwwh" I say.

Alfie pulls her close to his chest as she lays her head on him.

"You guys are so cuteeeeee" Sean says then everyone laughs.

We spend the rest of the day relaxing. Me and Zoe put on face masks and put them on the boys too. 

"Thanks for a great night guys" I say hugging Alfie and Zoe.

"No problem I really enjoyed it" Zoe replies.

"See you guys tomorrow" Sean says hugging Alfie and Zoe.

Alfie's POV

*knock knock*

"I'll get it!" I say as I ran to the door. It was the photographer.

"Here are your photos. I've made two copies of each just in case something happens to one of them." James hands over a large envelope.

"These are amazing, thank you so much" I say admiring the beautiful photographs.

He leaves and I hide the photographs in my suitcase.
