Chapter 31

Day 5/5 at Chewton Glen
Zoe's POV
I'm upset that we have to leave today but I've had so much fun.
I woke up to a text from my mother
'Good news sweetie. We've decided to buy the house in Brighton. You will get to see your friends and Alfie a lot more often now! Xx'
I text her back: 'oh my gosh! I can't wait! Thank youuu! Xx'
"Alfie! I have good news!" I say excitedly.
"What is it, beautiful?" He asked.
"Mom and dad decided to buy the house. We're moving to Brighton!" I scream. He jumps up in shock and pulls me close.
I'm so glad I have him. And now that we're moving we will be able to see each other all the time.
We packed our bags, came out of the treehouse and went to the lobby. We met up with Poppy and Sean.
"I'm gonna quickly have a look in the shop" Sean says.
"Ooh me too!" I say. Alfie's and Poppy load the bags into the cars as me and Sean go into the shop.
"So you and Alfie's serious?" Sean asks.
"Yeah we are." I say smiling.
"You guys are so cute together." He states.
"Thanks. So are you and Poppy. How long have you two been dating?" I ask
"Nearly 3 years" he says smiling.
After our look in the shop we went over to our cars and drove out of the area and travelled back home.
"Thank you so much for this Alfie. I'm so lucky to have you" I state. He smiles.
"This holiday was the best. It's exactly what we needed. I love spending time with you" he smiles.
"I love you Alfie"
"I love you too Zoe"
