Chapter 39

Alfie POV
Our first night in the house was amazing.
We have Poppy, Sean and Mark Ferris coming over today which should be fun. They'll be helping us unpack everything. We are about half way through unpacking so we should be just about done by the end of the day.
"Goooooood morning guys" I say to my vlogging camera.
"So as you all know me and Zoe moved in together, and we have Mark Ferris, Sean and Grumpy Poppy (😂)coming over today to help us unpack."
Mark arrived first. He is staying for a couple of days so he brought his suitcase.
He helped us unpack things for the living room and the dining room.
Then Sean and Poppy got here around 11am and helped with the 4 bedrooms. Now we only have the offices and bathrooms to sort out.
We got everything unpacked by 4pm and none of us had eaten dinner.
"Anyone fancy going for a Nandos?" Zoe asked. All of us agreed eagerly.
We ordered our food and made small talk all dinner, sharing a laugh or two.
On our way home we went into Argos to see if they had a slip and slide in stock, and also a pool for our garden. We are using the hot weather to the best of our advantage.
Luckily they had both in stock so we bought them both. And we also bought a hose to fill the pool up with.
By the time we got home it was 6pm so we only built the pool and we decided that we would put water in it tomorrow.
Everybody is staying over tonight.
After we all built the pool we came back inside and built a pillow fort and watched a few movies inside it before falling asleep.
