"Hey who wants to ride on the Mind Eraser with me?" Audrey asked excitedly, her eyes beaming and her smile wide. You giggled at her in amusement, admiring her adorable outburst at seeing her favorite ride. You looked around at your other friends to see them all chuckling as well, a few of them stepping towards Audrey to get in line for the ride. Brooke and Stavo stepped forward while Emma, Noah, and Zoey stayed behind.

"Hey Y/N, you coming?" Audrey asked as the three people in front of you stared expectantly. You thought for a second then shrugged your shoulders, heading towards Audrey who smiled as you joined her.

"Yeah sure." You said casually, although on the inside you were freaking out for two reasons. One, you were never a huge fan of roller coasters, and two, Audrey just intertwined her hand with yours and began to drag you towards the ride. You have had a crush on Audrey for a while now, but only one person knew, and that was Brooke. She was constantly pushing you to tell Audrey about your feelings, but you always shrugged off the idea. What if she acted differently once you told her? You weren't about to lose one of your closest friends over some dumb feelings. However, over time they simply seemed to progress. Maybe it was time to tell her, before they got worse.

"Y/N, are you okay? You look a little flustered." Audrey stated as she stared at you with her eyebrows furrowed. Her hand was still locked firmly with yours, and her pointing out that you were flustered only made you more nervous.

"Yeah, I'm okay. I'm just nervous about the ride is all." You lied quickly. Although, it was like half truth.

"If you don't wanna ride you don't have to." Audrey said with a serious expression. Her eyes held sincerity when you looked into them, and you almost melted.

"No no, I'm okay." You protested while shaking your head. Then you smiled. "I have you, I'll be okay." You said as you nudged her a little bit. This caused her to smile and grip your hand tighter, and that movement alone sent a shiver down your spine.

"Yeah, you do." She muttered as she looked down, her smile never faltering. Just then the roller coaster pulled into its place with a loud creaking noise. As it stopped the next group of people exited the waiting line and boarded the ride, which included all of you guys. Audrey instantly pulled you with her, only letting go of your hand so the two of you could get seated. You and Audrey took a seat near the front with Stavo and Brook a few rows behind you. Someone came around to check the buckles before the ride took off. You glanced at Audrey to see a wide smile apparent on her face and you couldn't help but giggle at her kid-like excitement. You glanced at her lips for a second, but only a second and snapped your eyes back up to hers, hoping she wouldn't notice. But it seemed that she did because as you looked at her again a smirk appeared on her lips and one of her eyebrows was raised. You ducked your head and looked forward to hide the blush creeping onto your face. Just then the ride took a steep dive and you let out a terrified scream. A moment later you felt Audrey's hand squeeze your's tightly, which managed to calm your nerves slightly. As long as you had Audrey, you'd be fine.

The ride seemed to last forever as it spun upside down and whipped around corners. By the end of it you were breathing heavily and your hair was a mess. You glanced at Audrey to see her smiling widely, her hair also everywhere, although on her it looked cute. You all exited the ride and Audrey instantly leaned into you, her arm wrapping around your waist. You were frozen in shock for a second before you followed your instinct and draped your arm over her shoulders. You looked at her to see her smiling at you, although this time it was a small and shy smile that was accompanied by a light blush.

"Aww you two are adorable." Brooke squealed as she leaned into Stavo. You chuckled as a blush crept onto your face which only grew as Audrey burried her face into your chest to hide herself from embarrassment. This action only made your heart beat faster as you stared at her. You could hear her chuckle, probably because she could clearly hear your heart. You then had an idea, and pulled away from her, but grabbed her hand in a moment of confidence before dragging her with you. She seemed shocked at first but quickly let you take control and followed you while she giggled, her black hair covering her right eye. She looked adorable. You took her to the Ferris Wheel and got in line. You decided you were going to tell her about your feelings, and what better place to do it than a Ferris Wheel? After it all it's the most cliché ride to confess your feelings on, and you were a sucker for cheesy romance.

"A Ferris Wheel?" Audrey laughed as the two of you stood in line and she glanced at the large ride. You nodded.

"Yup, I love Ferris Wheels." You said with a smile.

"How romantic." She teased with a playful smile.

"You know me." You replied, earning a laugh from both of you. The line went fairly quickly and soon the two of you were seated and the ride began to move. When you sat down you placed your left arm on the back of the seat behind Audrey, and your legs were pressed against each other's. You stared at her while she took in the view of the fairgrounds from up high. Several thoughts ran around inside your head and your heartbeat quickened as you prepared yourself to tell her about your feelings. However after how she had been acting today you weren't as worried.

"Audrey." You said, grabbing her attention. She looked at you with a smile.

"Yeah?" She asked and you let out a deep breath. It was now or never.

"Can I tell you something?" You asked and she nodded, her expression turning serious as she adjusted her position to face you.

"Of course. What's up?" She asked and you sighed as you looked down. You couldn't look her in the eyes and say this.

"I... I like you. A lot. I'm sure I've been quite obvious about it, but I figured you deserved to know. A-and I'm totally prepared for rejection, I know you probably don't feel the same way and if you don't j-just let me know because I don't want things to change between you and I because even though I like you you're still one of my best friends and I don't want to lose that friendship over some stupid feelings so I mean I'm sorry I-"

"Y/N." She said firmly yet softly, cutting off your nervous rambling. You gulped as you brought your head up to look her in the eyes.

"Don't worry about it." She said in a dismissive tone that made you believe she didn't, in fact, reciprocate your feelings. You'll admit, you felt kinda crushed. Suddenly she smiled as she took your right hand in hers.

"I like you too you doof." She said and you instantly smiled.

"Really?" You asked and she nodded with a laugh.

"Yes really. Brooke told me about your feelings, but I was a little skeptical about it so I decided to test it out today and it turns out she was right." Audrey explained and you laughed.

"Brooke wasn't supposed to tell you." You stated, finding it hard to be mad at Brooke right now.

"I know. But I'm glad she did." Audrey said as she smiled at you.

"Me too." You replied and it then went silent between you two for a minute. You simply stared into her eyes, admiring the beautiful human before you.

"May I kiss you?" You asked out of nowhere. By this time the two of you were at the top of the ride, and had come to a short stop. She bit her lip and smiled shyly before nodding. You smiled as you began to lean in, and her hands cupped your face. Then your lips connected and you melted. You felt warm and fuzzy as the kiss continued for several moments. When you finally pulled away both of you were blushing and smiling stupidly. She then cuddled into you for the rest of the ride, your left arm wrapping around her body. This was perfect.
