Your mind slowly buzzed to life as your phone rang relentlessly. You groaned in annoyance, wondering who the hell would be calling you in the middle of the night. You lifted your head from your pillow and blindly reached for your phone. It took a moment but you eventually grabbed it and looked at the caller ID. The light blinded you but your eyes quickly adjusted and you saw Audrey's name flash on the screen. That alone caused you to jerk awake and answer the phone in haste. Audrey never called in the middle of the night, and your heart raced at the idea of something being wrong.

"Hello?" You answered, waiting to hear sirens in the background or someone screaming. Instead you heard a fit of giggles that sounded like Audrey's voice, which caused you to furrow your eyebrows.

"Hey boo, I miss you." You sat up in your bed and sighed in relief at Audrey's casual voice. At least nothing was wrong.

"Hey Audrey. God you scared me. I thought something was wrong." You spoke and you heard her giggle again, which was unusual for Audrey. She wasn't a giggly person.

"What? No, I'm... I'm totally fine." She replied, exaggerating the totally.

"So what's up? Why'd you call me at..." You glanced at the time on your phone before finishing your sentence,"2am? Why aren't you asleep?" You then heard her gasp on the other end.

"Woah... Holy shit it's late." She laughed loudly and you furrowed your brows in confusion at her odd behavior.

"Audrey are you okay?" You asked.

"Oh yeah... I'm great!" She spoke loudly, followed by a fit of giggles. Her odd behavior and desire to call you at 2am seemed to only have 1 answer.

"Have you been drinking?" You asked with a hint of amusement in your voice to which she laughed again.

"Nooooo." She replied and then it went silent for a minute. "Maybe a little." She confessed and you laughed.

"How much is a little?" You asked and it was silent for a minute.

"8 shots of fireball." She laughed.

"Oh my god, you're gonna give yourself alcohol poisoning." You replied, slightly worried.

"I'm fine, but can you come get me? I need, I need to tell you something." She asked and you began to get out of bed.

"Of course, where are you?" You asked as you held the phone between your ear and shoulder as you slipped on some jeans.

"I'm at..." She trailed off as if thinking about where she was.

"Auds?" You called to which she answered immediately.

"Brooke's. I'm at Brooke's and hurry, it's important." She said and you sighed.

"Okay I'll be there soon." You said then hung up before slipping your hoodie on and heading outside. You climbed into your car and quickly drove to Brooke's house. After parking your car you headed up to the door to see, Audrey and Brooke sitting on the porch, laughing loudly with a beer bottle in each of their hands.

"Oh my god Y/N!" Brooke squealed as she stood up to hug you. She almost fell over a couple times as she made her way to you which made you laugh. After you hugged her you walked over and sat next to Audrey who immediately leaned in you as she swung one of her arms around your neck.

"I'm so happy you're here." She said before placing a kiss on your cheek. You laughed as Brooke took a seat across from you guys.

"So what's up? You said you needed to tell me something." You asked and Audrey's eyes went wide.

"Oh yes." She exclaimed, followed by a laugh. "Y/N... I really like you." She said and this time your eyes went wide. "And I mean like you like you. I have since like... Forever ago." She said and you looked at Brooke who was smiling excitedly.

"Audrey you're drunk." You replied. You wanted her words to mean something but she said the most bizarre stuff when she was drunk.

"No you listen Y/N." Audrey spoke seriously as she grabbed your face in her hands and forced you to look at her. She pulled your face close to hers as she looked into your eyes. "I might be drunk, but my feelings for you aren't altered. Just my ability to hold them back." She laughed and let go of your face. You let out a heavy sigh.

"Auds let's get you home." You said as the the stood up.

"No no no." She replied frantically as she grabbed your hand. "I can't go home. My dad would... My dad would kill me." She slurred and you sighed again as you ran a hand through your hair.

"You can stay at my place tonight then." You replied and she got the biggest smile on her face.

"Okay." She said, carrying out the y. You reached out your hand to help her up which she took. You pulled her up but when she was standing she fell into you, crashing her lips onto yours. Your eyes went wide as your mind told to pull away because she was drunk, but everything else in you wanted to kiss the girl back. Before you could make a decision however she pulled away and began to drag you to your car.

"Bye Brooke!" Audrey called out. You glanced back at Brooke to see her smirking.

"Bye you two have fun." Brooke said and you scowled at her. You then proceeded to help Audrey into your car, and buckled her because she probably couldn't do it herself. As you were pulling the buckle across her she wrapped her arms around your neck.

"You're amazing Y/N... Like the best." She muttered into your neck and you shuddered from her warm breath. "I truly do like you." She said as you wormed your way out of her grip even though you didn't want to.

"How about you get some sleep, and we can talk about this tomorrow?" You suggested and she nodded with a giggle. You then shut her door and walked around to the drivers side. Even if she was simply drunk and didn't mean any of what she said, it was still an amazing night.

Aww I thought this was cute, and something I would totally do haha
