"Alright Bex, are you ready?" You ask a grumpy looking Bex. She looked around the kitchen full of cooking supplies and ingredients. Her hair was frazzled as she had just recently woken up. She turns to you, a look of distaste present on her face.

"Why did you wake me up on my day off, to teach me to cook?" She asked slowly, rubbing at her tired eyes. You smiled at how adorable she looked before grabbing a cutting board.

"Several reasons actually. One, you always complain about not being able to cook." You stated simply and she scowled.

"Sure but I don't actually care to learn. I'm still tired Y/N. Let me go back to sleep." She whined, tugging on your shirt lightly which gave you small butterflies as you laughed at her child like behavior.

"Mm, no. And number two, I'm tired of always being the one who cooks." You explain and she rose one of her eyebrows.

'Dude, you bring home fast food like 80% of the time." She deadpans and you laugh.

"Okay true, but still. Would it kill you to make dinner from time to time?" You asked, as you placed a bell pepper on the cutting board. Your back was facing her and you heard her chuckle.

"What, you want me to cook for you Y/N?" She teased as she came up behind you and rested her chin on your shoulder. You rolled your eyes with a smile on your face.

"Am I your girlfriend or something?" She said and you turned to look at her, forgetting how close she was. Your lips brushed with each other's before you jumped back with at startled yelp and Bex began to laugh loudly.

"I forgot how close you were." You breathed out, trying to think about anything besides kissing her.

"Oh man, that was gold. Alright fine, teach me how to cook." She said with a smirk. You rolled your eyes as you picked up a knife and handing it to her. She looked at you and furrowed her brows.

"What do you want me to do with this?" She asked as you walked by her and grabbed some eggs.

"Chop up the pepper." You instructed as you cracked the eggs into a bowl. After about a minute you turned back to see her oddly chopping the pepper. She didn't even bother to take the seeds out or the stem, and she wasn't even holding the knife correctly. Her tongue was sticking out of the corner of her mouth slightly as she concentrated on chopping the pepper.

"Bex what..?" You said, grabbing her attention. You were at a loss for words. She didn't even know how to cut a bell pepper? She looked up at you and smiled sheepishly.

"I told you I can't cook." She stated, dropping the knife on the counter and shrugging. You sighed heavily as you walked over, attempting to fix the bell pepper. She leaned against the counter as she watched you chop away. You could feel her watching and observing you, but you said nothing.

"So seriously, why do you want me to learn how to cook?" She asked curiously. You glanced at her and chuckled.

"Cuz you absolutely suck and it's a good skill you should have for your future wife." You joked, although you wished that would be you. She shifted closer to you, smiling softly.

"What if my future wife knows how to cook?" She said and you gave her a look of disbelief.

"You're seriously gonna make your future wife do all the cooking?" You asked and she shrugged.

"Doesn't she already?" Bex said with a wink before walking over to the eggs and whisking them. You stopped chopping as your eyes went wide. Did she really just say what you thought she said. Was she talking about you? You shook your head, not knowing how to respond to that.
