In the last chapter: "There is 1 government job, 2 initiate trainer jobs, multiple nurse job, a chef job, an ambassador to the factions, a tattoo artist, a no at the piercing shop, a salesperson, an employee at a store, or a makeup artist and fashion designer. The rest of you will all be either fence guards or city patrol. You may only choose 2 jobs, but the one you choose first will be the one you prioritize most, not including initiate trainer, which is considered the most prioritized job in Dauntless. Choose wisely," says Tobias.
He begins to call names to choose our jobs. "Tris," he says.
I look around, not knowing what to pick, still.
I am sweating and I glance at Tobias. He is nodding at me and mouthing, "It's okay, it's okay."
I think about my first job. "Initiate trainer," I say. Now it is the hard part.
"Umm, I pick-"

"Uh, tattoo artist!" I blurt out quickly. Glad that's finally over. I wipe swear from my forehead with my leather jacket sleeve and sneak a peek at Tobias. He looks angry and is starring at the floor. Did I do something wrong? I hope not.
I look over at him and give him a "what the hell?" kind of look. He just closes his eyes and shakes his head. He is really starting to annoy me!
My mind floats back to the dream I had a week ago. Would Tobias do that? He told me he would never, but was he lying? After all, neither of us are Candor... but Christina was!
If I show her the footage from the video cameras of him telling me that, she might be able to tell me if he was lying! Thank god for us becoming friends!
I am jerked awake by the sound of my name. I'm still at the assembly. I totally forgot. Eric tells me my apartment # is 457. I tell him that I want to share a room with Four. He says that's fine and announces the other names. I drift off to sleep.
