Tris POV
"So," Tori says as I run into the parlor and greet her. "You showed up! I was waiting until today! I am so glad to have another female worker here."
"Well," I say back. "I'm glad to be here."
"So, I better get started by showing you the ropes." Tori grins.

After hours of "intensive training", as Tori calls it, I am ready to fall asleep.
"Great job on your first day of work!" Tori congratulates me. "Can you meet me here tomorrow at 8 to open up the shop?"
I try hard to hide the pain on my face. "Sure!" I say enthusiastically. I don't know how Amity people act like this all the time. Must be the bread, I think to myself. That makes more sense now.
"Great," says Tori.

When I reach my apartment, I see Tobias sitting on the bed.
"How was work?" he asks me.
"Tiring," I reply. "Today was the day Tori 'showed me the ropes'", I say, making air quotes with my fingers. "More like, 'she's the newbie, make her work harder than all of us', if you ask me."
"Aww," says Tobias. "I hate to see them working my woman too hard." He walks up to me and give me a huge bear hug. "I'm excited for our date tomorrow night." He says.
I almost forgot because I was so caught up with my work. "Me too. I'm guessing it'll relieve me some stress." I say.
"I bet it will." He smiles and the radio starts to play a slow song. He grabs my hand and we start to sway back and forth with the beat.
