Tobias P.O.V.
I walk into Tris' room. God, Christina may not be Candor anymore, but she's still a jerk.
I stare at Tris in her bed and I feel guilty, but none of this was my fault. It was Christina's.
"Hey Tris," I say. "It's me, Tobias. You are in a coma now, so it might be a bad time to tell you this, but I love you. I love you more than anything. Please, wake up!"
Tris P.O.V.
Suddenly I wake up. I hear Tobias' voice and it soothes me, but I still can't open my eyes. Then, he says the one thing I don't expect him to say.
"... But I love you. I love more than anything. Please, wake up!" I hear this and try so hard to open my eyes.
They finally flutter open and I say, "I love you too." He leans in for a kiss and I kiss him back. We know each other like we know ourselves, and he picks me up out of my bed. "Eeek!" I shriek.
"Let's go get you to our room," he says. He informs the nurse that Tris is okay and he passes Christina on the way out. She tries to run up to us, but Tobias runs at his fastest, still carrying me, bridal style. I close my eyes and lean against his chest, safe in his arms.
