A/N shall we get a little steamy in this chapter? I think so ;)

NIALLS POV

The elevator doors opened, and I stepped out to make sure nobody was outside. I motioned for Sofia to follow me, and we made our way down the hallway to my suite. As I searched for my room key, I could feel Sofia's eyes burning right through me. I wish I would've made a move on her in the elevator, but I'm happy I was able to control myself; I don't want to scare her away. Pulling me from my thoughts, Sofia began to speak.

"So, what floor are we on?" she inquired.

"42nd," I replied.

"Wow, you must have an amazing view of the-"

Sofia was cut off by the sight before her eyes. I had opened the door to the suite and all you could see was the entire city, lit up in the night sky. The look on Sofia's face made my heart flutter as she enjoyed the view out of the floor-to-ceiling windows that lined the far wall of the suite. My view, however, was far more beautiful than anything she was looking at; I was the sucker that got to look at her glowing face.

Sofia inhaled deeply, absorbing the twinkling lights in front of her. She walked towards the window and looked out, taking advantage of our 42nd-story view. I approached her from behind and put my hand on her shoulder, causing her to flinch slightly.

"Niall, this is the most beautiful view of the city that I've ever seen in my life," she blurted out to me.

"I've only ever seen the city from street level, but I never knew what I was missing from the other perspective. Looking down..." she finished.

"Well, if ya ask me, I think my view is even more beautiful," I said, biting the bullet.

It took her a second to hear what I said, but I knew she understood because I felt her body tense up. She turned her head to look up at me and I stared back down into her beautiful, sparkling eyes. In this moment, she looks so innocent and full of admiration. I was just about to lean forward when she shyly moved her head back to look out of the window once more. She took her phone out of her pocket and unlocked the screen, causing the light to reflect off of her face.

"Niall, it's 2:45 AM! I didn't realize how late it was getting," she announced.

"Wow, I guess we lost track 'a the time." I replied. "Do ya wanta go t' sleep?" I inquired.

"Well, it is kind of cold and I'm a bit sleepy, but I could stay up for a while longer," she told me.

"Would ya like t' watch a movie? We can change into our pajamas," I suggested.

"Well, I don't have any pajamas-" she began before I cut her off.

"Oh, how stupid of me," I said while putting my hand to my forehead. "I forgot ya didn't have anythin' with ya, would ya like t' wear one of my shirts? I have a ton extra," I offered.

"Are you sure, Ni?" she sweetly said.

The way she used my nicknames drove me insane. Now, I absolutely need to hold her in my arms tonight. But how am I going to accomplish that?

She stared at me, waiting for a response. Coming alive, I replied "Yes, of course! I'll go get one for ya right now," I said before disappearing into my room.

I dug through my closet until I found a shirt that I thought would be suitable for her. Slightly oversized so she could be comfy, and not too light that she would be cold from the winter weather. I found the perfect long-sleeved shirt and brought it out to her. When I got back to the living room area, she was still standing there, looking down at her phone. The mixture of her calm expression and the various lights reflecting off her face made her look so serene. I didn't want to stop staring, but she suddenly looked up, causing my breath to hitch.
