I've decided to go through all the chapters and change the titles to some of them because the ones I'm changing aren't so interesting so I'll make them... interesting... somehow. just gonna let you guys get right into it lmao:
Cia's POV
"What is this shit?" Dean throws the file down on the table, "It didn't help us at all! Now all we know is that this Kristopher Silva worked at the circus and then went to live the rest of his life in an asylum. I went into that file room for nothing! I... I'm shook." Dean puts his hand on his forehead and sighs.
"OK OK, hold up, lets make use of what we have." Sam motions with his hand for Dean to calm down, "So he was moved to the Erie Asylum and then stayed there for 37 years, and then he died. Maybe if we knew which room he stayed in we could go into the asylum and take a look around. Try to find it maybe."
"Sounds great, let's go." I get up quickly and grabs Sam's duffel bag filled with the hunting stuff. None of the boys protest so I'm pretty sure they agree. By the time I'm in the back seat of the car, Sam and Dean have both hopped in front.
"Here's the map." I take the map of Pennsylvania out of the seat pocket behind Sam and throw it at Dean. He mutters something under his breath as he flips the maps open. His eyes shift to somewhere around the right as he says,
"It'll take us around 30 minutes to get there, at the most 40."
"This seems surprisingly easy. Life is treating us nicely. Well this is real suspicious." I point out. Sam nods. I tie my hair into a tight high ponytail to keep it out of the way. I open the window and think of my shattered nail polish container that I dropped around I think a day ago. We sit in silence for a while until Dean turns a corner and decides to turn the radio on. A poppy song comes on as we sit still. Dean later turns the mirror to look elsewhere so that its not reflecting my face and I start full on jamming to the music as if I were in a music video. I untie my hair to feel more free. Whenever I see the mirror being turned back I try to act as normal as possible. I have to be super aware as it would be terribly embarrassing if any of the boys saw me having a mini concert in the back. I have to stop every time Sam looks through the side window as well. I decide to give up since the risk of exposure is too high so I just pretend to look at my phone and let my hair down around the side so that I can dramatically lip-synch to the song. Before long, we reach the street on which the Erie Asylum lies. We park close but not too close to the place, just in case we need any emergency equipment or a quick escape without looking too suspicious.
"Here we go." Sam says as he grabs his duffel back out of the trunk, "We're gonna have to go around back, or get in any way where the cameras are not facing, to avoid being seen breaking into an abandoned facility."
"Yeah, we know, it's not like this is the first time Sam." Dean rolls his eyes. We head down an alley a few blocks up from the asylum and try to get around the back. There's a fence in the way in need of climbing but we all get over it just fine. Theres a plain half dried out field behind the great size of the asylum. A small door off to the side grants us entrance into the building with just a few kicks to knock it down. We step into a very dusty and dark room, which seems like a janitors closet. The air is humid and the entire place smells like an old basement. There is no sound at all. It takes a couple of pushes to open the old creaky door but once we do we step out into a more open room. The only colours to be seen are grey, black and white and just a bit of faded colours on paintings, chairs and children's toys.
"Sam, you go through that door," Dean points to the left, "and Cia go through there." he nods his head toward the right. "I'll check for anything upstairs, we'll meet back in 20 minutes." Off to the right I go, as Dean heads up and Sam goes towards the left. The room I step into must have been used as a children's playroom as there are many toys lying about. There are paper airplanes lying around, building blocks as well, some stacked and some tumbled down. Pictures of candy canes on the walls too. I walk through the room and look around it. Well, shit. Its already and only my third hunt and I've learnt so much from Sam and Dean. I carry salt in my bag now, along with necklaces with the cross on them and I've memorised the spell to convert normal water to holy water. I've also tried to remember some other spells too, but the exorcism spell has always been the one that I just cant remember. I try to recite it in my head but I alway forget it after around the fifth line.
