The ride felt so long for both Mark and Jack. It was quiet for most of it, which only made things seem tense. Jack knew that they were close to arriving at Mark's place, but he couldn't take the unsettling silence of just glances to one another.

"Is it alright if I turn on the radio?" Jack asks softly as he looks over to Mark, even though his eyes are fixed on the road. Mark gives him a slight nod, eyeing him from the corner of his eye.

Jack turns the button, increasing the volume. "May I plug my phone into the aux?" Jack asks, his phone in his hand and looking towards Mark.

Mark laughs before responding, "Sure. Just don't play stuff like Britney Spears."

Jack gasps, dramatically putting his hand on his chest. "Britney is life, okay! Bow down to the queen!" He exclaims and it causes Mark to laugh even more.

"Yeah, whatever. I don't even care," Mark jokes, a small smile forming on his lips.

"That's what I thought," Jack says before plugging his phone with cord and careless looking through his playlist. "I know the perfect song, too."

Mark hums in response and soon he hears music being played through his car. A catchy tune plays and Mark had to admit that it didn't sound too bad.

Jack immediately starts dancing to himself as the songs beat carries. The lyrics start and Jack finds himself singing, "The club isn't the best place to find a lover, so the bar is where I go." Mark glances over to the small Irish man who is singing is heart out. "Me and my friends at the table doing shots, drinking faster and then we talk slow." The dark haired boy finds himself eyeing Jack with fond eyes, and he doesn't even realize it. "Come over and start up a conversation with just me. And trust me I'll give it a chance now." Jack continues singing with all his might, not even caring that Mark is listening or even possible judging him. But, deep down he felt that Mark didn't care.

"I'm in love with the shape of you, we push and pull like a magnet do. Although my heart is falling too, I'm in love with your body.
And last night you were in my room, And now my bed sheets smell like you. Every day discovering something brand new. I'm in love with your body," Jack has a grin on his face as he rocks back and forth. Mark finds himself following the beat and liking how the two voices colliding with each other.

The song ended, sadly. Jack lets out a happy laugh and Mark did the same. "Come back next week for another show," Jack winked at Mark and he smirked.

"Oh, take my money now!" He exclaims and Jack nudges his shoulder.

"For someone who doesn't like music, you seemed to really enjoy that," Jack comments as he riles back down, leaning into the seat.

Mark stops at a red light and gives his attention to Jack. "Only because it involved you," he says, his voice hinting at a flirty tone.

Jack feels his stomach drop and his cheeks coats a light shade of pink. He goes to open his mouth, but nothing comes out. So, he decides to force his gaze out the window.

The light turns green and Mark continues to drive. "Did I make the leprechaun blush?" Mark asks cheekily, a smirk growing when seeing Jack shift in his seat from the corner of his eye. Jack curses under his breath. "I'll take that as a yes."

-

They soon arrive at Mark's home, pulling into the graveled drive way. Mark switches off the engine as Jack pulls the car's door handle, exiting the car. Mark does the same and walks to the front door, Jack following behind him like a shadow, which said shadow is still madly blushing from the earlier encounter.
