ZachI glared at my ceiling, recalling today's events for the millionth time. Why the fuck is she back for?
I closed my eyes tightly before taking in a deep breath. My phone rang and I reached underneath my pillow to grab it. I checked the caller I.D to see 'button' flash across the screen.
I swiped my screen and pressed the phone to my ear. "Hey Zach!" Her sweet voice boomed. At least someone's happy.
"Hey button." I mumbled, running a hand through my hair. "How are you?"
"Great!" She chirped. "Emma and I are on good terms anyway. What about you? How did your reunion go?" She teased, chuckling.
I frowned slightly, not sure what to answer with. I didn't want her happy mood to deflate by saying that it went fucking horrible. "It was good."
There was a pause on the other end. "You don't sound to sure about that..." She trailed off.
I sighed. "I'm just tired... I guess."
"Understandable."
"Well, what are you doing?" I asked, sitting up on my bed.
"Laying in bed. I was actually reading a book but I decided to call you seeing as we hadn't talked after college."
A genuine smile spread across my face. "Thank you button."
"For?" She laughed.
"Thinking about me." I chuckled. "Anything dirty?"
"Well, there was one thought about me spraying whipped cream all over your abs and licking it off..." She trailed off.
"What?!" I spluttered. My eyes practically popped out of its sockets, not to mention my member perked up at the sound of that. I had a brief vision of what she had said and I felt my head spin. Fuck, that's hot.
Her melodic laughter boomed through the tiny speakers. "Just kidding!"
I glared though she couldn't see me. "Don't even lie button, you want a piece of these abs."
"Meh." Was her vague reply.
"Meh?" I echoed.
"Yeah, meh."
"Hey, that rhymed!" I yelled, laughing hysterically. I didn't know why that was so funny. Maybe it was funny because it was Adrian that had said it, or maybe it was because she had this comfortable aura that just makes you happy.
"Oh look! My mum just bought me ice cream! Gotta Zayn!" And with that, the line went dead. I frowned down at my phone. She ditched me for ice cream?
I shook my head and decided to call Alex. I left her in a pretty rough condition when I left for England.
I went onto my contacts and scrolled down to 'little shit.' I tapped the little phone image and pressed the phone onto my ear.
After a couple rings, she answered.
"Hello." Her voice was raspy and tired and I was guessing she just woke up from sleep. A smile tugged at my lips. The little shit.
"Alex! Tu pequaño mierda [you little shit] have you forgotten about your brother!" I made my voice extra loud, knowing she would get pissed.
She groaned out loud. "Fuck off!" She yelled, her voice slightly muffled and I could just picture her stuffing her face into the pillow and glaring.
"I love and miss you too!"
"What's up Zach?" She muttered.
"The sky?"
