Zach strolled back into the kitchen. He strolled towards me and threw an arm around my shoulder. "How do you feel about meeting my friends?"
I frowned, perplexed. "What do you mean?"
"When you nod your head yes, but you wanna say no." Jake sang in the background.
I ignored him and raised an eyebrow at Zach. "Well, my friends called for me to go and I want you to come with me..." He trailed off. He turned to my mother. "If that's okay with you, Mrs Gold?"
My mother scoffed, shaking her head. "Don't be silly, you don't need to tell me that. Of course she can go."
"Uh, yeah sure. Right now?" I asked.
He nodded, grinning slightly. "Don't get freaked out by Luke though."
I frowned in confusion but nodded anyway. I bid goodbye to mum and Jake who was still singing Justin Bieber 'what do you mean?' before exiting the house with Zach.
I padded my way up to his car and jumped in after him.
"So, how are your friends like?" I asked, adjusting my jacket on my shoulders.
"Jeremy is the sane one. Thomas always fights and Luke is a weirdo that you learn to love."
I chuckled. "Is that it?"
"The rest couldn't make it."
I nodded. "Tell me about your sister." I asked instead.
"Just don't get on her bad side and you'll be fine. Don't judge her by your first impressions of her. At the beginning she might come across as scary as fuck-" I reached over and flicked his forehead. "-but when you get to know her, you learn that she's alright. She's been through a lot and is actually decent considering she's never really got along with people. She's made a lot of friends in America. I guess people were always jealous of her. I don't know why though, she's a little shit." He chuckled. I, of course, flicked his forehead.
He had this glint in his eyes whilst he rambled on about his sister. He really did love her. I smiled at that, he's really... hot.
I felt a blush rise up to my cheeks. I did not just say that. Well think that anyway.
"And..." He trailed off, pulling up outside of a house. "We have arrived."
I grinned, practically jumping out of the car. I didn't even know why I was exited to meet his friends. I walked up towards the house and Zach was quick to follow.
The door swung open and a cute blonde haired boy was displayed. "Oh my God! He's back!" His gaze landed on me and he shot me a cute smirk. "And you are...?"
"Adrian." I blushed. Why was I blushing? Zach muttered something incoherent before wrapping an arm around my shoulder.
"Get the fuck out of my way Luke." He grumbled. Luke pouted adorably and Zach chuckled. I quickly reached up and flicked his forehead. He rolled his eyes but chuckled anyway.
Zach pulled me into the living room and two of his other friends were there. "Jenny's gone right?" Zach asked to which they all quickly nodded to.
I frowned. "Who's-"
His friend cut me off. "And this is?"
"Adrian. Adrian, this is Thomas and that's Jeremy." He pointed at each of them. I nodded, grinning slightly.
