"That is so messed up and creepy! Why do you keep doing that?" Dipper exclaimed in a hushed tone. Bill raised one eyebrow, smile never faltering.

"Whatever do you mean?"

"You know what I mean!" The Pine twin was exhausted from his school day, on edge because of this journal thing, and completely overwhelmed by the whole idea that is high school. He was not in the mood for Bill's games.

"Look, I'm just here to help you out, Pine Tree. The fact of the matter is you need me. Think you don't? How do you think you are going to stop that demon, huh? Us demons, we all know each other, and if battling me taught you one thing, it should be that I'm great at digging up dirt. Dirt like...weaknesses?" That caught Dipper's attention.

"Weaknesses? You know his weaknesses? Well let's hear them, then," he said, quickly.

"Woah there, Pines. What do you take me for? A fool? I know to play my cards close to my chest. You're going to have to give me some more information, because I know your story had a few holes in it."

Bill Was right, Dipper had left out parts of the story - but he wasn't entirely sure that he should trust anything Bill said, so the teen wasn't very keen on sharing everything. Bill sat patiently in the seat while Dipper disputed whether or not to further his information. Before he could make a decision, however, Bill spoke up-

"Do you even know who the demon is leaching off of? Who's happiness is being robbed?" Bill asked.

"I've been assuming it's me. I have been feeling a little drained lately...a little empty," Dipper explained, but Bill simply laughed.

"Oh, no Pine Tree," he spoke through his chortles. "You would definitely be able to tell of it was you. Your emotional state drastically changes. It changes so much that your personality and physical state are altered as well. You are so not the person being drained,"

"Well then no, I can't think of who it would be..." Dipper pondered on it for a while. Everyone seemed a little off to him recently, but maybe it was just him over thinking things.

"Well then tell me everything or I won't be sharing anything," and Dipper believed him when he said it, so he did. Dipper Pines, despite all of the alarms going off in his mind, told Bill Cipher all of the information on the subject that he knew, which wasn't a lot, but they were getting somewhere.

By this point, they had made it to the Mystery Shack and Bill had followed Dipper into the building, avoiding eye contact with Stan. Mabel had plopped herself right onto a chair the second she entered the house, and Bill eyed her warily as he ascended the stairs to the twins' room.

"Keep an eye on your sister, will you?" He said the second the door closed.

"What do you mean? On Mabel?"

"Unless you have another sister,"

"She's just going through a mood right now. I think she's just really worried about me. Now...spill," Dipper was sitting on his bed, Bill across on Mabel's.

"This demon exists with no physical form...at first," He began, leaning forward in order to draw Dipper in. "You see, human happiness is like a fatty substance to demons, and what this one in particular  does, is it hordes all of the happiness. It hordes it and builds it within itself until its  form becomes just as fatty and maluable," He paused making a face of disgust at the thought. "But just like the energy a human creates from fat, the vessel is short living and will disappear.  That space is your only time to end the demon."

"Well, how am I supposed to end it?" Dipper asked, jotting down notes as if he would be tested.

"You kill it. There is no trapping this demon." He stated. Dipper swallowed dryly. He had just gotten over the traumatic fish creature experience and now he would be forced to kill another.

"How do I do that?"

"There are a few ways actually. You can stab it with blessed silver (of course, to do so you would need to be in good standings with the church and you have been consorting with me so...not likely), you could chop off all of its limbs and then bury them in frozen earth (but that's quite messy), or you could do my favorite, which is burn it. I mean...its  tangible body is essentially fat."

Dipper was scribbling everything down, finally relieved that he had some amswers. The only problem was, who could be the host? He had been so out of it that he hadn't picked up on any changes in people. Pacifica hadn't been seen in a while...could she be the one? Maybe it was Emma. She did cheat on him which seemed out of character. Though...Dipper does justify that he didn't quite know her too well.

He couldn't think of anyone, but at least he had some answers, and that was a better place to be than where he was.
