"Hi welcome to Friendly's Animal Shelter, I'm Hannah. Is there something I can help you look for?" The lady in the store questioned upon our entrance.
We are at the pet store about to pick out a puppy for Nahla before we head over to Mama Gloria's house. I also will be telling them about the pregnancy.
"Hi Hannah, I'm Beyoncé and this is my daughter Nahla. We are looking for a puppy for her to take home" I inform Hannah while Nahla looks at her with excited eyes.
"Well that's great. What we like to do here when kids are involved is put all the puppies in the room with the child and the parent. We let the child interact with the puppies for a while and which ever one the child shows the most attention to is most likely the one they take home."
"That's actually a very good idea" I say.
"Yeah it is. Now if you and Nahla would just wait here and we will bring out the puppies we have available for adoption."
Me and Nahla take a seat while Hannah heads back out the door.
"Are you excited?" I ask Nahla.
She nods her head. Me and Nahla make small talk while we wait for Hannah to come back.
"And here we are" Hannah says as she enters the room with about 7 puppies with her and place them on the floor.
"Mommy their all so pretty" Nahla exclaims. I chuckle.
"Go play with them" I encourage her.
With little to no hesitation Nahla runs to go play with the puppies.
"It seems Nahla is taking a liking to Goku" Hannah observes.
"That's a cute name, and it does" I say after we watch Nahla play with the puppy in the corner.
"Mommy I want to take her home" she says walking over with, Goku the dog she has been playing with.

"I figured, what do you want to name her?"
"Mhmm, sprinkles" Nahla excitedly shouts.
Me and Hannah laugh at the name she choose.
"Okay"
Hannah brought me all the paperwork that I needed to fill out to officially adopt Sprinkles. Once that was finished she let us know that we could come pick her back up on Tuesday. Of course Nahla was sad to go home without her but she will be alright. I had to take a picture with her and Sprinkles because she want to show GG and everybody.
"And Sprinkles can sleep in the bed with me some nights" Nahla says as I put the car in park in front of Mama Gloria's house.
"She sure can. Let's go inside and see everybody so you can talk their ear off about Sprinkles"
I helped Nahla out of her booster seat and we made our way to the front door, which was surprisingly already open.
Upon entering the living room I saw Michaela and Brandon sitting in the living room watching TV and nobody else.
