Powers, Love and Tragedy

Hunter Miles

-:( Hunters PoV ):-

I went out to see if my mother was okay. William has been pacing up and down thinking of a date to take Winter on. At first I couldn't believe they were dating but then again, the mistletoe kiss said it all.

"Hunter, are you okay?" Mother asks
"Yes, I'm fine. Thank you. Are you there okay? Want any water or anything?" I reply
  "Water would be lovely, thank you." She says and I nod, heading back downstairs to see my brother still pacing around.

"William, why don't you take her on a picnic or something? I'm sure she like that, after all winter is her summer." I tell him and his expression turns to a smile as he stops pacing

"You're amazing!" He says, giving me and hug and gets his phone, probably telling him my idea. Shoot! The water! Damn it it's all down my shirt, well isn't that fantastic?

I get more water and take it up to mother. She found it funny that the first one fell down my shirt. Well, at least it brightened her day.

Summer came over to talk to me. That's the first.

"Hey, I know we never talk but I was wondering if you'd like to be friends. Get to know each other," She says
  "Sure, I don't mind. I know you like William and all so." I reply
  "Oh, I don't like him in that way anymore, I don't really want to get my emotions in the way of Winter." She blushes
  "Oh, I see." I say
  "So, what do we do now?" She asks
  "Wanna go to the park? It'll get us away from William. He'll tease us the whole time if we're here," I laugh and she smiles
  "Okay, Hunter." She says and I smile
  "You can call me Ben if you like." I say
  "Okay," she giggles

It's been an hour and I feel like I've known her my whole life. I think, I think she might be the one. I, I don't know. . . Is this the Summer from when I was in Nursery? With Winter and William?

"Hey, what nursery did you go to?" I ask
  "St Climards, you?" She smiles
  "St Climards." I say, my lips curling to a smile
  "Awesome! I knew I had heard your name before!" She smiles and I smile too
"I. . . I thought I'd never see you again, after I moved, I couldn't stop thinking about you. . ." She says
  "Aww, aren't you a keeper," I tease and she blushes
  "Meanie." She giggles
  "I think my nickname should be offended," I laugh and she giggles
"Boy have I missed you." She giggles
  "I've missed you too," I smile

I feel like I'm out of my mind. Now I know how Will felt around Winter. I mean, he did call her snowflake but what would I call Summer? Sunshine? Sunny? Oh I don't know!

I have this feeling for her that I can't explain. I think it's love, I can't be certain. I'll find out tomorrow.
