"So, I thought we could harmonize like around here." Blaine gestured with his hand at the writing on the paper. "Like up and down. It'll be beautiful."
Kurt nodded. He had a question. A question that he'd never thought he'd be able to ask this man. One question turned into another and another and soon his whole brain was occupied with questions he didn't want to say.
Kurt sighed as he slumped on the sofa.
"Kurt. You okay?" Blaine asked shaking Kurt out of his thoughts. Kurt blinked and nodded his head.
"Yeah. I just- let's go somewhere. Away from all this work." Kurt suggested and Blaine nodded.
"Sure. We can go to this coffee shop not to far from here." Blaine said and Kurt got up, grabbing his coat and wallet. Blaine grabbed his coat and they both headed out the door.

14 years old...Lima Bean
"I heard this place is absolutely amazing. Well at least here in Lima." Blaine said and opened the door. The warm air flying at them like a slap of warmness. They quickly went in. Leaving the cold outside as they closed the door.
Blaine sniffed. He loved the smell of coffee. Kurt breathed in the scent and sighed.
Blaine went up to the barista and ordered. "Can I have one medium drip and then one....non-fat mocha." Blaine said as he handed the barista the money before Kurt did.
They both headed to a table in the back. "You'll love what I got for you."
"I hope."

Blaine kindly opened the door for Kurt. Kurt mumbled a thanks and stepped inside the warm small coffee shop.
Blaine walked in after him and went over to the barista. Where Kurt was heading.
"Hello. How may I help you." The barista said and smiled at Blaine.
I'll have-"
"A non-fat mocha for him and a medium drip for me."Blaine cut Kurt off. Blaine handed the barista a $10 bill.
"We'll take your drinks at your table. When there ready."The barista said, not taking her eyes off of Blaine. Blaine awkwardly turned around and found a table in the back.
"You know my coffee order?"Kurt asked as he sat down. Blaine smiled.
"I never forgot it. I never forgot you."
"Listen Blaine. I'd be lying if I said that I didn't miss you either. I learned that trust can be easily lost, but a lot to build up trust again. I just don't want to be hurt again." Kurt said and sighed. The same barista put down their coffee. She smiled and left. Kurt took a sip of his drink.
"I'll do anything. To earn yours again."
