Chapter 4: Danger room

"2 weeks.." writing in her journal.
'2 weeks I've been here, I've already made at least 3 friends and they are awesome, I've been officially been placed and training to be in the X-men. My second training session begins in 2 hours. I have my own shit which is amazing. The only problem is...my antlers. They are always getting it the way...I can't even stand them like always. Either someone touches them or something gets caught by them. Maybe one day they wouldn't be such a burden' Nina write in her book and closed it.

Standing up she had hidden it in her drawer and did a small smile going or if the room in her new uniform, going down to the training room hoping she wouldn't mess anything up.

She watched as she entered and found Logan, beast, and colossus teamed up against the training simulator level. She placed her hands on her arms and looked slightly worried. 
"Hey girl, what's up you seem worried"

She heard an accent behind her and smiled.
"Well....I just feel like I may mess up..since some of my powers are useless.." she stated softly and sighed while rogue placed her arm on her shoulder.

"You're not useless Nina, you just have to find a way to use your powers. Don't worry about it girl" she nodded and heard the buzzer go off. Colossus saw her and smiled walking to her.

"Ready for a training session?" She looked up and nodded quickly. 
"Of course! I just am not sure how I can fight robots and things but I think I can handle it!" She clapped her hands together. He had led her to the middle of the room and started a small simulator.

"We will see how you work with a part her and we shall step it up" she nodded as the room us chef dark, her breath becoming soft. Her eyes widened as something then came at them. She saw Piotr shift and had touched him as he did so, taking his power as hers without hurting him.

Only a half hot later the simulator ended and she was out of breath. Piotr turned to her and helped her up with a small smile. 
"You did good, but next time we do one in one session" he placed his hand on her shoulder and she turned her head a little boring.

"Of course....it felt longer than usual actually" she had stood there catching her breath. 
"Come let's go get lunch" nodding she held her stomach and walked with him as rogue showed up beside her.

"How did you do? You alright?"
"Yeah, I'm not that good at fighting but I did well. I'll just need more of the one on one fighting and I think I could be good to go you know?" Doing a soft smile she walked past all the classrooms.

"Oh and you will work with jean on your mind powers, sorry forgot to mention earlier""Don't worry about it, it's fine" as they got to the kitchen she thought for a second and gathered a few things, placing them down she had begun to mix a few things to make a drink.

Rogue and Piotr stood there and awe as she had begun to make some kind of drink, but didn't realize u till she finished. 
"Oh...im sorry. I must've gotten some of your personality..." she looked up at both of them and placed her hands down.

"It is fine....this is vegan correct?"
"Ew...y'all vegans are confusing' sometimes..." she laughed a little and gave it to Piotr considering she wouldn't drink it anyway.

They both watched him and his eyes widened. "Amazing! I have to drink this more" she did a small smile as rogue cakes like she gagged. "Why don't we just go watch some tv now"
