"What....what do you mean!?" Nina looked at the beast, her heart breaking into a million pieces.
"From what you tell or told me...your body synced with the earth, the earth is getting polluted each day and...it's affecting you too. In this point...it's only affecting the your...reproduction system, and It's rendering you having infertility. As long as the world gets overwhelmed with all these things I don't think you can....get pregnant. It would be a miracle if you could Nina. I'm sorry"

Hank placed a hand on her shoulder and left, he didn't want to be there any longer than he should've. Tears ran down her face and had begun to cry loudly. Piotr also getting the news as hank walked out had leaned on the wall.

 She felt her body ache in pain, her pain affected the world, and the worlds pain bonded with her. At this point, Piotr was now going to try anything to get her what she wants, what they both want In life.

~Almost a year later~

"That's amazing, Rogue I'm so happy for you.." Nina held a smile and hugged her best friend, who finally was engaged to gambit. Nina did a smile and leaned on the wall of the home and looked off to the side. She saw jean, jean, and Scott sitting together, Their child playing with his toys on the ground.So innocent and having no worries at all.
Smiling, not sure if it was the sight of children or just her she felt the need to throw up, quickly hurrying to the bathroom she didn't go unnoticed and Rogue followed her.

She sat down on the floor near the toilet and began to throw her stomach out. Leaning over the toilet she slightly cried, due to the pain she was getting from this and the sight of a kid. Ever since that day she couldn't bare to look at any baby or kid, the sight of a baby on a billboard made her burst into tears.

Rogue sat down with her and rubbed her back, jean had also volunteered to help if so.
"I'm sorry....I just haven't been feeling good...I haven't been feeling good for the past year.." she mumbled the last to herself.
"How long have you been like this?" Jean asked and passed her down some water. Taking it she stared at the cup.

"A few weeks..days I think. Sometimes in the morning or spontaneous In the afternoon...but I'm fine. Really" she stayed drinking the water. Rogue glanced at Jean and Jean counted on her fingers.
"Is it..because of your period?" She asked trying not to hint so much.

"Excuse me?"
"Zhou know..sometimes when you're on your period you get sick like this" Nina shook her head.
"No, I haven't been on...probably just..." she stopped herself mid-sentence. Referring to her last period and shaking her head. She refrained from getting any type or hope after, each time she thought it would always be something different.
Standing up, her world went dizzy, black spots covered her vision and she rubbed her eyes, her skin turned pale, more than it already seemed. She began to hear them trying to speak to her but her head felt like it was being hit with a bunch of bricks, a migraine coming on, lifting her hand to place on the wall she closed her eyes, only seeing black.

Hours later she soon woke up in a small hospital bed, the one that was in the mansion. Her stomach felt cold like something was plastered over it, a hand covering hers.
"See, there well they are. That's two beats or signs of hearts." She heard a voice say and she opened her eyes.
"How...how long"

"I'd say about 4 weeks. I'm just guessing by the look" the male voice had become clear to her, it was Hanks. Nina's body felt hot and heavy. Her eyelids only fighting a bit to stay open. Determined to stay awake she wanted to know what had happened to her and what was going on. Lifting her hands up to her face she rubbed her eyes, feeling only a minimal of crust forming. Her throat's feeling dry she cleared her throats and opened her eyes, lights barely blinding her.

"What's going on...?" She asked softly.
"Nina, you're awake, I'm glad you are. You're lucky that we had gotten to you in time. Or else we would have a lot to configure and not realize. But I should leave you both alone...congratulations Piotr. I'm Happy for you. It would be nice to see a true..smile for the both of you." He took a towel of some sort and wiped it on her stomach. Her vision still being blurry from just waking up she wasn't sure what he was doing.

As soon as Hank left she turned her head, Piotr had a smile and looked at her.
"You're awake....you're awake" he held her into a soft hug and rubbed her cheek.
"I can't believe Nina...just a month...and I'm guessing it was for our anniversary...but I just...I can't believe it...and on an important night like that, that happening to us. I can't wait.." Piotr began to ramble on.

"What's going on...I..I remember being in the bathroom but that's...that's all...and why are you talking so weird, what's going on?"

He did a quick nod and she saw his eyes, they were lit up. Usually like this he would be thinking or talk about her, but of course, she didn't fully see that, she saw something else.

"Piotr? What's wrong..?" She sounded worried and lifted ups but, her body feeling sore and groaning a little bit. She wasn't paying attention to anything else and he leaned over behind her grabbing something, he still held her.

He placed it into her hands and smiled kissing her deeply.
"I can't believe it...we have the chance." He hummed into her ear.
"What's..." she stopped and looked down at it. Her eyes furrowed but softened and placed a hand at her mouth.

"Stop it....stop it this...this is so mean...Don't be so mean Piotr." she slowly began to cry and flipped it over to her backside on her lap.

"It's not joke baby...it's not I promise. I promise you it's not a joke" he kissed her hands and smiled.
"This...this is real...this...it feels warm...like it was just printed." She commented and wiped her eyes again.

"Yeah, a few minutes ago...." still only feeling weak she was able to lean over and hold onto him, feeling his heart beat against her chest.
"Twins. It's even better...we have two. We have twins....now we wait 8 months.."
