Chapter 13: Call back

"He gave you his number!?" Rogue shot yo in the air and squealed.
"Yeah, I don't know what to do with it because well...I don't-" cutting her off rogue dug in her drawer and got out an iPhone. 


"I have an extra! I always keep the ones I don't use when I get a new phone." Handing it to her, it was already set and didn't have a password anymore.
"Hurry hurry call him and make sure it's not a pizza boy number."

"Alright alright. I just..never used a phone before" typing slowly she was able to call him and crossed her fingers.

"Hey this is your boy Alex, I'm. It on the phone right now but I'll get back to you later, later my dudes" hearing that she squealed.

"Oh...um..it's me from um you know Starbucks and we'll just have to make sure that this wasn't fake...okay by!" She sated and hung up placing the phone down.

"That was...wow."
"Well, you can set up your new! Phone how you like and wait for him to call you back" hearing a knock on her door Rogue stood up and answered it sighing.

"Hey, Nina..I'm about to go do something so..I'll see you later okay?@. Kidding softly she held the phone.
"Thank you so so much for this...I'll pay you back I swear!" She stated before bumping into gambit and walking away, but not before hearing something and cringing.

Wanting to talk to Piotr she knocked on his door and smiled softly waiting for him to open up.
"Yes..? Oh hello, Nina what is wrong?"

"Well...I just wanted to talk to you, if you're not busy or anything." He shook his head and opened his door to her.
"What did you want to talk about?" She honking for a second she smiled and did a soft shrug.

"Anything" Piotr doing a small smile he rubbed his chin before speaking.
"How are things with you and your father?"
"Oh...amazing! Only a few days ago we went to the mall and we bought some cool stuffies! And we took a walk in the wood area behind the school." Piotr smiled at his princess and nodded.

"Sounds like you both are..getting along greatly. Even after all this time you've been apart and not knowing" Nina softly nodded, they by now are both sitting on his bed.

"And this morning I and Rogue went out to Starbucks and well...I kinda slipped and met this really cool person...they gave me their number and I had gotten a phone from Rogue to call them and...it's just all fast" Piotr's smile went down.

What did that mean 'met a really cool person' a male? A female? Someone that's interested in her? Thinking to himself Piotr clenched his jaw.

"That's amazing. So..who would this person be?"
"Well...Alex. Alex something but I'm not sure what their last name is" she won't stop saying their...don't know their gender identity but still...

"Do you have any...well dating tips..?"
"Dating? You're dating this person?" Shaking her head she laughed.
"No no! I want to though..Alex seems very nice and we talked a little bit and well why else would they give me their number?"

She doesn't know half the things..doesn't mean I won't still protect her. Always.
"Just,..follow what your heart says. But also be smart" he placed a finger on her forehead and smiled as he brung his hand to her chin.

"If you do both those things you'll find the one you're looking for.." staring at him she slowly nodded and blushed having his large hand cup her chin.

"You're a wonderful girl...you are..you are like another sister to me" hearing that she didn't mind it and smiled clapping her hands together.

"I'm glad that I am" she wrapped her arms around his waist and nodded of approval.
"What do you plan on doing now princess?"

"I guess I'll wait for him to call me back...but in the meantime let's download some games and make a password! Wanna help?"

"Of course I would love to help"
